Candie was extremely patient with me as I impatiently waited for the right one to come up on allocation. Finally one came up that met all my must haves. There was a small hiccup in communication but that was quickly resolved and my expectations were more than exceeded when it came time to pick up my new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Frank and Brad in addition to Candie and the whole team made the normally mundane process of filling out paperwork a surprisingly enjoyable time filled with good conversation. It was such a great experience and I know that it is largely in part to the Dale Gauthier, the General Sales Manager. I was very specific in what I was looking for. Dale helped me locate the car that matched my criteria and he arranged to have it transferred from another Briggs dealership. Dale is honest and sincere. He is also extremely knowledgeable! He helped educate me to make the best decision on a vehicle. He answered my questions and literally put no pressure whatsoever on me. :) I am very impressed with this small town dealership and all the employees I came in contact with. It was just a great experience - no high pressure! I have been searching for a car for 7 weeks, and I have dealt with dealership after dealership that has missed the mark and struck out! And this little gem of a dealer and it's awesome sales manager hit this experience out of the park!

My bill was over $900. The calipers from O'Reilly's they used were $71.99 each and they charged me…read more$138.99 for each... they marked up every car part by double, they even told me they went to O'Reilly's....and they still charged me an extra 3% to use a card and not cash. That is ridiculous! Don't come to this place. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau

THEN…read morehe will tell you something ELSE is wrong & charge more $$$ - after you hound him every day for a month MAYBE you'll get your car back & MAYBE it will be done right, with new parts that you paid for. Are they new parts???? I wouldn't be suprised if everything he did on my car is used parts - 5 months later!!!
