My son took his vehicle in for what should have been a 10 minute oil change, but it turned out to be a 2 hour long fight that ended with the tech cussing at me on the phone while in front of my son who was sitting in the lobby. What caused this- the tech snapped his oil dipstick off and then blamed my son for "not keeping his dipstick oiled". Having your oil changed at Strickland is very expensive, so you would think if they break something- the tech admitted to breaking it, they would fix it- but that's not the case. They'll cuss you and then blame you for their error. The tech also wanted to make sure he told me, while on the phone with me, in front of my son that was waiting in the lobby that he was a "grown "blanking" man" that knows more than I do. Here is the icing on the cake- the tech, the manager, and the district manager even told me this was the 3rd time they have broken a dipstick in a week, but it isn't their issue- it's the car owners fault. 3 in a week seems more like a pattern than a coincidence. Go here if you want them to break your car(they admitted to doing it), cuss at you, and then blame you for the reason they broke it.

The car has now been "repaired" a total of 3 times and continues to sit and leak. Worst buying experience. Would NOT recommend doing business with this dealership.

So whenever I can do a big purchase - like tires - when I am back in Nevada I take advantage of it. The truck needed tires. I got two for about $60 less EACH than I would have in Houston. Service 10: I popped in the day before and made sure they had them in stock. I set up a time to bring the truck in the next morning. I pulled in at that time and the truck went back instantly. Less than an hour later I was back on the road. While I sat there a guy came in to make a payment. So I would assume that if you live in Nevada and are a good customer they offer some sort of payment program. They took my credit card with no problem. State Inspections too.
