Candie was extremely patient with me as I impatiently waited for the right one to come up on allocation. Finally one came up that met all my must haves. There was a small hiccup in communication but that was quickly resolved and my expectations were more than exceeded when it came time to pick up my new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Frank and Brad in addition to Candie and the whole team made the normally mundane process of filling out paperwork a surprisingly enjoyable time filled with good conversation. Briggs of Fort Scott is a good distance from me but the customer service there made the drive well worth it. Thank you guys! I look forward to sending many people in your direction and doing business again.

I have bought several new cars from the Topeka Briggs dealerships, and today just purchased my…read morefirst used car from a Briggs dealership - Fort Scott. It was such a great experience and I know that it is largely in part to the Dale Gauthier, the General Sales Manager. I was very specific in what I was looking for. Dale helped me locate the car that matched my criteria and he arranged to have it transferred from another Briggs dealership. Dale is honest and sincere. He is also extremely knowledgeable! He helped educate me to make the best decision on a vehicle. He answered my questions and literally put no pressure whatsoever on me. :) I am very impressed with this small town dealership and all the employees I came in contact with. It was just a great experience - no high pressure! I have been searching for a car for 7 weeks, and I have dealt with dealership after dealership that has missed the mark and struck out! And this little gem of a dealer and it's awesome sales manager hit this experience out of the park!

So whenever I can do a big purchase - like tires - when I am back in Nevada I take advantage of it. The truck needed tires. I got two for about $60 less EACH than I would have in Houston. Service 10: I popped in the day before and made sure they had them in stock. I set up a time to bring the truck in the next morning. I pulled in at that time and the truck went back instantly. Less than an hour later I was back on the road. While I sat there a guy came in to make a payment. So I would assume that if you live in Nevada and are a good customer they offer some sort of payment program. They took my credit card with no problem. State Inspections too.

Their customer service is untouchable! I particularly love the way they treat women. They are patient and kind, and they have never spoken down to me (even when my husband wasn't with me!) It is impressive that Wilson's pricing is competitive with larger cities, and they don't have a lot of competition here. Everyone is thorough in the services they perform. The employees are honest, never over charging for performing services you don't need. It is very obvious that the owners have high standards for the employees and it is very obvious they have quality staff!
