In December we bought a dishwasher and hired Electronic Express to install it. They came and…read moreinstalled it incorrectly and we had to have them come out again. They did install it correctly the second time but in the process they damaged our tile floor. The worker apologized and said that it would be taken care of however that has not happened. My wife called them shortly after and they said they they were aware of it and we took that as a promise of coming action to resolve the issue. After not being able to get in touch with anyone on the matter I reported them to the BBB. They then lied and said that the tile was broken before they came out. They are not only reckless in their work but dishonest. I am not sure what it would cost to replace the tile they broke, but their unwillingness to take responsibility for damage they caused is an unacceptable business practice.
