When we left I thought I grabbed the wrong Motorcoach. Jesse was so accommodating. The only time I heard the word "no" it was in front of the word "problem." We had lunch at a very nice restaurant walking distance from Henderson's. On my drive, the radiator hose blew off. Not having any tools with me. I called for help and get my car towed to my work. I reattached the radiator hose and filled the radiator with water. I tried starting it and sounded out of time and won't start. I tow it back to the shop and have them look at it. They tell me that It's complicated and I need to take it somewhere else. I'm really not seeing the value of what I paid for.

I was up visiting in grants pass when all of a sudden, a terrible noise was coming from the front right of my engine bay. Not knowing the exact cause, had my suv towed into Tom's early on a Monday. By Monday afternoon they knew what was wrong, had the part is stock and could get me back on the road by end of the next day. They were even complete early and upon pickup, the tech showed me the broken fan from the radiator fan assembly that was basically wobbling away making quite the ruckus. I am so thankful that Tom's was helpful, knowledgeable and quick. They did come highly recommended by some friends so I'm glad I trusted them. If needed, will definitely take vehicles back to Tom's.

Shortly after fueling in Medford, I noticed what looked like light smoke in the mirror. Within a few miles we had lost about an eighth of a tank of fuel, and after pulling off it was clear we had a major fuel leak after the pump--nothing I could fix on the side of the road. AAA towed both our truck and trailer to Kelly's. Even with other vehicles ahead of us, they diagnosed the problem quickly. The repair wasn't simple due to how buried the component was, but they handled it efficiently and got us back on the road. Jeremy, the mechanic, took the time to explain things and clearly knows his craft. Justin was also very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Breakdowns are never convenient, but we felt we were in good hands. I would recommend Kelly's Automotive without hesitation.

The problem remained unknown and I was ultimately referred to Bridge Street Auto. I appreciated the transparency and communication regarding the diagnostics, problems found and the cost of repairs. In the course of the work, there were some parts that could benefit being replaced, and I was consulted about any 'new' item that came up that we hadn't previously discussed.
