Everyone working there was friendly and had a smile on their face. From taking our orders to delivering the food, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. It provides an unique environment with a folksy vibe. The railroad car does not look as clean and crisp as their web page photo and it's been painted what appears to be a dark burgundy. It was dark and raining so it's hard to say on the color. Inside is cozy and comfortable. It's a neat venue. The menu consists of typical American comfort food, at least for the south. Three of us us ordered chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, cream gravey and fried okra. The outlier ordered fried chicken livers with French fries and fried okra. All four of us were pleased with our meals. The chicken fry was good as were the potatoes and cream gravey. The fried okra was excellent. The chicken livers were excellent and begged for mashed potatoes and cream gravey. The French fries Ken ordered weren't very good. I think they were under cooked. We had a nice, enjoyable dinner. The service was excellent and the prices moderate

Very mild salsa; the salsa picante has some heat. My wife had the lunch Chimichanga (chicken) with rice and beans. The Chimi was a little disappointing. A plate full, of tender juicy marinated skirt steak, rice, beans, a little guacamole and the perfect garnish of a chili toreado and a grilled onion. Carne Asada served up right. This was the most steak that I have ever been served in an order of carne asada. Generous. It had to be a pound. It was delicious. Great place. Recommended.

Salad and Go in Jenks hooked me up and made a fan out of me. The drive thru lanes were empty and service was friendly and fast! I ordered the Fajita Wrap w/ chicken (710 calories/$6.79) and a Cobb Salad w/ chicken but WITHOUT hard boiled egg (because... ewww ) (780 calories/ $6.79). The Fajita Wrap was massive. No, it was humongous. Some might say is was "transcendent", but I surely would not. The cold flour tortilla was stuffed full and literally bursting at the seams with chicken, lettuce, avocado, black beans, tomatoes, red peppers, poblano peppers, pico, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeño ranch dressing. I could only eat half and I'm already looking forward to devouring the second half tomorrow! The salad was pretty incredible. It was also pretty huge. The greens were a very fresh mix of romaine and mixed greens. There was plenty of cherry tomatoes, fresh avocado, real bacon, blue cheese crumbles, freshly diced chicken, and a packet with just the right amount of creamy blue cheese dressing. The salad was diced to just the right size. I didn't have to wrestle huge pieces into my pretty voluminous pie hole. Overall, the price was right, the quality was excellent, and the freshness was unexpectedly perfect. Not a single piece of wilted or slimy lettuce was found.
