I walked in and got stared down by an employee at the front cash register. I attempted to walk over to the cost area and got cut off by an employee asking if I needed help and I said no. I continued to browse the coats and noticed two more workers off to the side watching me. As I continued to walk towards the men's coat section there was someone behind me again. At this point and time I decide to go to the hunting section. I continued to be followed. The guy that worked in the hunting department was actually very nice. I saw a rifle I wanted and some camo gear. I walked back to get the jackets I wanted then got followed once again. I just decided to leave. I will not be treated like a criminal or thief or racially profiled. Dick's missed out on a $500+ sale due to their ignorance! My sister went there and the same thing happened to her! I went here because I needed some volleyball clothing for my youngest daughter…read more The staff was helpful-ish. One thing they pointed out to me was that the apparel wasn't sorted by item but by brand. For example, for my daughter's shorts I didn't go to the rack where I were presented with all their shorts. No, this was brand X's volleyball shorts. Oh, you want Brand Y's? They're over there. Brand Z, hike to that part of the store. Is this something retail stores do? Sort by brand instead of by item? Do people buy by brand and not leave their brand? And how am I to know how many brands are in the store? This system seems so incredibly....stupid. So I dropped $50 on two items of clothing that, to quote the great Gretchen Wilson "I can get the same damned thing at the Wal-mart store half priced". But I was in a hurry and needed the items ASAP. So I paid. Otherwise, skip this place.

I drive my bike there, & he: 1) would advise me getting hydraulic brakes vs. my disc brakes, before even looking at my brake pads. 2)wants to adjust my brakes- which I told him I just had done. I NEED NEW REPLACEMENT PADS. 3) wants to set me out for two weeks just so he can take my brakes apart to find out the type of brake pad I needed. Wow- I thought going to a "professional" would be helpful, but boy was I wrong!! ALL I NEED ARE REPLACEMENT PADS!!!!! Don't waste your time going here unless you can forfeit your bike for a month and pay for services not NEEDED. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT- especially since I called ahead and he sounded like "Oh yeah, we can order them if we don't have them" USELESS FOR SIMPLE SALES OF COMMON PARTS!!!

If you're brand new to golf or just going for fun, then it might be a good spot to try out. The espresso martini was definitely not an espresso martini, so I'd probably stick to shots or beer because that's harder to mess up. Overall, try it out and see for yourself. Maybe my experience was just different, or maybe it had something to do with me being Brown -- who knows. But based on my visit, I probably wouldn't come back for the golf.

The staff allowed us to split up and be offset by a few minutes which was nice. The course is part of the CRC so the birdie pass was honored for my friend. It was 18 dollars for the 9 holes and cart without the birdie pass. Overall it is a pretty easy and short course. The greens are very flat but the fairways are narrow. Not a bad thing, but definitely a laid back course and not that challenging.

At no point was I told, nor was there a sign of a restocking fee. It took over two weeks to get the shoes I wanted. When I tried to cancel my order, the owner insisted on charging me a restocking fee on a pair of shoes that I didn't want to start with. When I called this morning to cancel, they couldn't even cancel my order over the phone. I will never do business with them again. I prefer to walk nine holes alone to get the exercise and focus on my game (not much of a social golfer), and they always squeeze me in somewhere. The teeing ground, fairways, and greens are generally in very good condition. The three different 9-hole courses (red, blue, and white, in order of length and difficulty) are helpful for keeping variety in your game. I find the course challenging enough to keep me coming back, but I'm not that good. Considering the reasonable greens-fees, I'd say this course is one of the best values around.
