My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). If you're in the market for new tires, I would recommend you check this place out.

I am incredibly picky about my car, but Beachlers Tire & Automotive Center delivers impeccable work…read moreevery single time. They recently handled a major checklist for me: a full synthetic oil and filter change, installing 4 new Cooper off-road tires, a complex alignment on my raised suspension, and my 60k-mile service (including a fuel line flush and new spark plugs). Tyler and the rest of the team are excellent, detailed communicators. As a woman, it is incredibly important to me to note that in all my dealings with the men here, I have never once felt taken advantage of, talked down to, or manipulated. They treat me with absolute respect every single time--even when I just call to ask for advice or a referral to aftermarket specialists. Thank you to Tyler and the entire Peoria team for always going above and beyond!

I trusted this…read morebusiness with my truck, expecting it to be properly cared for and secured while in their possession. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. While my truck was at their facility, it was left parked outside in an area with no security cameras. During that time, my tools were stolen out of my truck. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have kept these same tools in my truck for over three years without a single issue. Not once in those three years did I have a problem with theft, until I trusted this shop with my vehicle. That alone makes this experience even more disappointing. To make matters worse, the shop refused to take any responsibility for what happened. Not only was my property stolen while my vehicle was in their care, but the business showed no willingness to accept accountability for the situation. As a customer, I understand that a business cannot prevent every crime. However, I do expect a professional repair facility to take reasonable precautions to protect customers' vehicles and belongings. I also expect management to show some level of concern when something like this happens. These were tools that I worked hard to purchase, and replacing them will come at a significant financial cost. Instead of receiving support or accountability, I was left dealing with the consequences myself. The lack of security is concerning, but the complete lack of accountability is even more disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here. Before trusting this business with your property, ask yourself whether you're comfortable leaving your vehicle somewhere that has no camera coverage and where management refuses to take responsibility when something happens. Three years of keeping my tools in my truck without a problem, and it only took one visit to this shop for that to change. I trusted this shop with my truck, and that trust was completely broken. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business.

He ensured us that his company was built on and must be focused on outstanding customer service. I appreciate his outreach, offer to make up lost expenses, and promise to keep their promise to service. I am updating this rating from 1 to a 4 based on the extra effort made to make up for a few bad days of service timing. Bought tires there over a year ago because they were slightly less than the dealership that I get service at. Promised rotation and hazard for the life of the tires. 20k miles later I have had all rotations and hazard care payed for and performed at the dealership during oil changes due to no availability in schedule for them to honor their rotation and hazard duties. Worse yet hey never say know just string me along telling me it will just be another hour every hour or so until I realize they have wasted half of my day and I leave before they claim my whole day. It will be the last time I attempt business at this location.
