I'd give o stars if possible. Screwed me out of 30 bucks because they didn't have right parts in yard and sent me out there to get wrong parts. I pulled em in freezing temps and took back to find another one of a different year vehicle and tredged the junkyard in freezing temps again to see if they had right ones. Well , needless to say, they didn't have it and wasn't going to refund my money. I raised a stink and then they ended up giving me half my money back. Obtained a set of bucket seats for our Ranger at a reasonable price.

Worst company ever. Too many games. Though this is not on the u pull and save side but on the regular walk in side. Paid upfront. No problem for the part. Got a call 3 days later the day it was supposed to be in. They lost the part. They had another but I had to pay 35 dollars more and when I said just refund it back to my cars.... I had to make another 35 mile trip back to the asses to get my card refunded. What a game!!! Try to get more blood out of a turnip and you decline... They would not discount the part to what I paid since it was their fault. I can not believe this and I asked the guy Lance that called me if he thought this was good business. He said... Yard is OK I suppose. Its not very big, its organized into sections (GM, Ford, Chrysler, trucks, imports) and the cars are up on stands to make it easy to pull parts from them. Ground surface is gravel or sand so even if its rained recently, most areas are not muddy. When I say the yard is "not very big", its because there is a fence running through it that seperates the larger "used auto parts" section from the "U-pull-it" section I'm reviewing here. Note that looking at the yard on Google Earth, it does not appear to be divided in this fashion. The fence must be more recent. I was looking for some older cars to pull parts from, and was able to scan the section I was interested in pretty quick. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Cannot comment on pricing since I did not find anything I needed. Personnel seemed friendly though. read more

In oct they came to my home in Danvers il. They took my 2000 Toyota Celica for scrap. The driver told me it could take over 12 weeks to get my title so I probably won't hear from Neal til then. I made the mistake of not writing my home phone(only my work cell). I thought I did. I changed jobs in early November and hence, no longer had the cell number I listed. They made a few attempts to call in mid November (number that another person had) and sent a letter to a residence I haven't lived at in 15+ yrs. ( in Hudson, Il) not the place that they picked up the car, my home, in Danvers. So, before December, they filed for abandonment on my vehicle. So, today a call to check on my vehicle (cuz I've heard nothing) n they tell me I get nothing. Look. While they may have followed the " letter of the law", I was blown off repeatedly. I was told the owner was going to call me and at 4:59 pm I had to call them. Spoke w Eric. They keep my car and get squat. I explained but they don't care. They get a free 2000 Celica w a good motor n a bad clutch. I'm sure they did very well with it. I just can't believe they screw me on clerical errors n essentially gusted me out of my car. Immoral.
