Every time I enter, I hear the Robot from Lost in Space shouting "Warning, Warning Will Robinson!" My latest visit wasn't an exception. Sitting on the showroom floor was a Honda Super Cub 125 ABS in stunning Pearl Nebula Red. Flashbacks of the 60's advertisement campaign "You meet the nicest people on a Honda" did a flashback in my mind. I was smitten, in lust, in love, call it kismet; This Super Cub was coming home with me. John once again made purchasing a new toy much too easy. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They even delivered it too! My first ride on the lil Super Cub, I could hear the song "Little Honda" playing in my head. To steal a few lines from the song, "It's not a big motorcycle, Just a groovy little motorbike, It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys, That two wheeled bike, We'll ride on out of town, To any place I know you like..."

We were greeted by a curtious clean cut young man who did his best to answer our question and on top of that went out into the service area an got a tech out of the shop to assist. Highly recommend the Mark Toyota Service Department! Thanks!

The informed me it was not covered under warranty because of "debrie" "later confirmed was rust and wiping it out with a cloth fixed the problem". Manager Joe "did not give his last name" who was extremely condescending the entire time. Insisted it was not rust. Did take cover the cost of the diagnostic. Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty. I have p t s d. And manager Joe's condescending tone and words.\nWere extremely aggravating and a common trigger for veterans with p t s d. Young lady at the counter was extremely professional. The entire time and I think her for actually being a professional even though the example given by her boss is exactly the opposite of that. At a 3.5 rating, this service station is already low.And I understand why.

After calling 911, the officer helped my mom out and the tow truck driver assisted my 75 year old aunt out from a very deep ditch. My brother and I went down the next day to retrieve the vehicle. I had called probably 5 times to understand the condition of the vehicle, figure out how much everything was, etc. They were so nice and compassionate! They never once showed any irritation. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time as my brother was done with work at 2 and had to go home to get his flat bed. We had a 1.5 hour drive that consisted of issues with the trailer breaks. I apologize multiple times for arriving at a horrible time and for them being there after close. They constantly reassured us that it was okay, they never once rushed us or gave us any attitude. I seriously cannot thank Adams Towing Service enough for what they did for my family and how they went above and beyond to help us out!!!!

We needed more seating for all the people we constantly lug around and I wanted more ability to carry stuff if we didn't have passengers. We looked everywhere and everyone wanted at least a couple grand down along with the trade in and no one wanted to give us a decent value on our vehicle. Then we found something here that worked for us. A 7 seater Buick Enclave. Now don't get me wrong, we loved our little Kia Soul but it just wasn't big enough. Well, Tony D found a way to get us into the Enclave with no money down, just the trade in. We are ecstatic. And the process wasn't even painful. I give Rapids Ford 15 thumbs up. And in case everyone is wondering, yes these guys can help even if your credit isn't at 600 yet. Mine is only 595, my old man's is a few points lower. Rapids Ford will fight to help you. Our first vehicle here took the guy several hours to find something he could get us in, he never gave up. I don't know their actual motto but if you ask me, it's "you ain't going home without a car if we can help it". Love these guys. If and when we look to add a second car or trade up, I'm coming straight to Rapids Ford, forget the competition. They competition didn't fight to get us in what we needed, Tony D of Rapids Ford did. And Jon did too with our original vehicle. This team is awesome.
