He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I'd stopped by and got a scan at auto part store. It indicated my oil pump. I brought it in and originally asked to just replace the sensor as a starting point. When they went to do this they stated the issue was the oil cooler. I said alright got the quote and got the repair. I pick my car up and the check engine light is still on and still pulling the same error code we started with. Now I'm out 850 dollars and my car is right where I started. I didn't want to wait in their small waiting room with my baby because I knew she would get antsy, so we ended up walking around downtown since the weather was nice. After about an hour and a half we walked back. After a few more minutes, the lady at the front desk told me "He just about to start on yours, I didn't know you would be waiting and we had two waiters here when you got here." Just really upsetting to make an appointment, stress yourself out to make sure you get you and your baby ready quick enough not to be late for your appointment and then be treated like a walk in. Long story short, they're nice enough people and have decent prices, but don't bother making an appointment, if you just walk in I guess they'll get to you faster.
