We design our own brochures so we made a pdf file, copied it to a CD, took it to three different printing companies and asked them to print a sample proof. The first company's proof was so bad and blurry, it was difficult to read the text. The second company's colors were so faded, all the photos looked gray. Both of them blamed it on our file. Then we took the same CD to Sir Speedy. We met with Dolores Torres, the Manager, and Richard Moffat, the Owner. They were extremely friendly and very professional. They were more than happy to print a proof for us and it looked amazing. The colors were perfect, the print was clear, and they used 100# paper (the other companies apparently had used 80#). We ordered 500 brochures on a Wednesday and were told we could pick them up on Friday. The next day at 10:00 AM I received a call from Richard telling me they were ready. We got them and believe it or not the actual brochures were even better than the proof. If you are in Downtown Miami or Brickell, this is the printing office to go to, and even if you are not, it will be worth the drive. We could not be happier, from now on we will fill all of our printing needs with Sir Speedy.

But that doesn't make me not continue making business with them. After parking and walking in I was created right away and I was told to sit for few minutes, they had customers before be. The office is small and a little messy and they only have two chairs. When it was my turn I told the guy I was send by my office keller williams. The guy right away gave me some samples of prior business cards they've done for the company and that don't need to be revised by the company. I ordered my cards really easy to choose from. I had 4 options for the front and 2 options for the back. All I had to do was circle my options or if I wanted to designed my own I could. I placed 1000 cards. They said it would be send to my email so I could pre-approve them. A day later I got an email. The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund. They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static.  I started this order in October. I can't believe I'm still dealing with it.
