When our mom had a catastrophic fall and we suddenly needed twice daily hospice-level help 'tomorrow!' they came through and found more perfect caregivers to help us. Beware do not use this agency at all cost. My mom was severely injured to the point of death…read morebecause of the negligence and carelessness of a caregiver named Chaimere. Obviously this caregiver was never trained properly on how to get an elder patient into the car. She fully did not safely put my mom in the car before she pulled her safety walker away in the trunk to turn around and let my mom fall under her car in the garage on hard concrete. She suffered from an open fracture in her ankle that was nearly twisted off her body along with a fractured femur, all of this leading up to a slow and extremely painful passing on hospice. I loose my mother but Chaimer still has a job just because she wanted to get in the car 30 minutes faster. Absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting this agency has unprofessional overpriced caregivers that only care about your money and not your precious priceless loved one. Absolutely nightmare for our family and poor mother traumatized for life.

Lisa, the owner, is a seasoned registered nurse with decades of experience, and she and her husband put all their love and support into this place. It shows in the staff, the morale, the facility, and the care they have for the residents here. My mom spent her final moments in Sierra View and Lisa, her daughter Farren, and the staff showed the utmost love and care for my mom right right up to the very end of her life. Lisa does a wonderful job hiring caring and qualified staff and they all were attentive and, honestly, like angels. I am writing this review a year after my mom passed, and I literally thank God for finding Sierra View and the experience we as a family had here. On other notes, the food here uses fresh ingredients, made largely, if not all, from scratch, and they thoughtfully pay attention to the dietary needs of each resident. My mom was very picky with her food and they accommodated her so well. The rooms are homey and can be customized with your own furniture. The facility has a built-in salon, and there are daily activities that they encourage everyone to participate in (from painting, to music, to field trips, etc.). The patio is a showpiece with tons of birds, nice seating in the sunshine with umbrellas, gas grills, and a fountain. My mom loved sitting out here and we had many family meals here. Sometimes things that are "too good to be true" are just... TRUE. And this is one of those places.
