Firstly the equipment they have is top of the line, you are able to have a clear view of your teeth after X-Rays. I was told it "should be covered by insurance" and that I'd only pay the difference, so I agreed to move forward. At checkout, I paid $350 and was told I'd be reimbursed after insurance was billed. Later, I found out my insurance didn't cover it at all. My concern wasn't that insurance denied the claim, it was that I was led to believe my coverage had been verified. Had I known I would likely be responsible for the full cost, I would have waited until I was financially ready. I asked if they could offer a discount given the misinformation, but after more than two months of trying to reach the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do because I had received the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and willingness to address my concerns. I ended up canceling my follow-up appointment and won't be returning. I would recommend confirming that your insurance has actually been verified before agreeing to any treatment that could leave you paying out of pocket.
