I have been trying during that time to get access to my loan as at no point did they send mail or digital communication to me about them taking on my mortgage. The feedback was maybe the loan hadn't come across as yet to give it some time. I have been calling them consistently. even emailed their research department as advised by them so that they can look into it and find my loan and then when I call two days ago, they were able to find it, and I was able to get access to it and then they promptly asked me for the lump sum payment. I asked if I could pay an instrument just due to daily withdrawal amounts and it has been a back-and-forth for two days as they do not seem to actually understand the question and refuse to answer me properly they also charge me a late fee amount. This company cannot be real.

When the USDA was reviewing our packet they pointed it out and we received an email from Atlantic Pacific with it. IT WAS DATED FOR 7/2/14, we received it on 7/22/14 @ 6pm, our closing was scheduled for 7/25/14. Needless to say we missed our closing date and were forced to push it out in hope that the sellers still wanted to sell to us. The only reason we went with them was because our Realtor recommended him because he was "detail oriented". If that were true this wouldn't have happened.

Liberty mutual sent multiple letters to them, and then finally to me, so that i knew there was a balance. But you would think that after all that, the company would have forwarded me the mail, or told Liberty that i am not their client. RUNNNNNN from this company.

When speaking with them after seeing this, the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that our payment was 32 days late. Which I don't agree with, but doesn't matter. They don't care, like a lot of big corporations, knowing that Americans are struggling they don't care. By the way, this isn't the only negative experience I've had with this company.
