Jill Kirk is an awful person, a liar, an incompetent worker in general. The day of our ORIGINAL closing, we fired her because she dropped the ball again. We had a time is of the essence contract and almost lost our dream home. She couldn't care any less. We ended up driving to the company's main office in our pajamas to speak to the head of the company, Chris Wilhelm. He basically just told us what we wanted to hear. We ended up closing a week later, after a canceled Disney trip and sleeping on floors and in cars. At the final closing date, at the TABLE... Lincoln Mortgage messed up again and we were almost forced to put down another $6,000. DISGUSTING. WE ARE SUING THEM!!!!! Best part, they didn't even show up at our closing. Too embarrassed? The file was submitted a day before closing and we had to fulfill their conditions on closing day (Thursday) and didn't close until Monday.
