I ended up with a flat tire on a Sunday morning and this was the only place open. They patched my tire and left it completely greasy so of course I drive it to the car wash where before they took my car back to get washed they pointed out that the wheel had a few scratch marks on if. I brought it to the attention of stamina tires and of course the manager tried to say that it must have been the car wash that scratched it although I repeated to him that my wheel was not scratched before I brought it in and the car wash pointed it out before they took possession of it. Needless to say I'll never go back or recommend anyone to go there. Note to self: AVOID Ramona tires on Winchester Rd at all costs or it will cost you big in the end. Of course I was never contacted.... read more

Ramona Tire on Winchester Road has always been my go-to or call-in a question about A n y t h i n g .... regarding all my vehicles. They're very responsive. Transparent about pricing. Convenient location.... even if you have to wait , there's so much other chores you can accomplish from the businesses around them. All the guys are super friendly. Last but not the least, Nader Is The Best! And that's how i have him written in my contact list. read more

Visit the website to see if they have coupons! I got a huge discount finding a coupon for a wheel alignment that knocked down the cost from $99.99 to $69.99 which allowed me to use the $30 saved to perform a regular oil change. Clean shop and won't upsell you as much other than asking you to apply for a Ramona card read more

I'm not a yelper but the customer service that I received yesterday was definitely Yelp review worthy. I walked in (with my toddler) expecting to be there for a while and to spend an arm and a leg on a new tire (mine was flat). I received hands-down the best customer service I have ever received thanks to Nader. He was nice and very professional. He got us in and out in about 20 minutes from start to finish with my tire fixed! read more

Nader squeezed me in for a tire repair. His Tech (David?) was amazing. They repaired two screws that had punctured my tire. No charge. Just a Fantastic visit and was amazing with every customer that came in. I haven't really been a fan over the years with this shop but Nader totally change my mind. Thanks for getting me back in the road! read more

Nice enough to deal with and the tires I bought were a reasonable price. However, I'm very disappointed that they upsold me on an alignment that appears to me to have not been done properly. After the alignment, car seemed to pull to the side while driving. I had an unrelated battery problem with the car a few days after visiting Ramona and my auto repair shop checked the alignment for me and it was off. So I ended having to pay for a second alignment to fix their work. Further, Ramona recommended a bunch of other work on the car that I think was unnecessary. I might shop here again but tires only next time. read more

I had a tire with a slow leak. I went to Ramona Tire for my first time and the Assistant Manager Nader Shahin helped me out. He told me about the Ramona line of credit and discounts for any repair or maintenance. I signed up, left my car at 7:45AM, workers got there at 8:00AM, got me a bite to eat at a local eatery, returned at 9:00AM and the car was ready, no charge. Nader was very personable and Knowledgeable. Two customers that I spoke to while there were long time customers and loved the place. Quick, work was done well, and great customer service. I think my cars have found a service center. Thank you! read more

I went to another tire center down the street and they wouldn't even look at my tire and told me to come back later. It was completely flat. I had to drive it to Ramona Tire Firestone. As soon as I told him I just drove from the Bay Area, he helped me out ASAP! I just moved here and this will be the only tire place I will go! This is the best customer service I've received thus far! read more

I went today because I got a flat tire (nail‍) and I can only say amazing things about my experience with them!!! I forgot the name of the front desk gentleman but he was respectful and informative. Thank you so much to make this experience way easier read more

I didn't want to believe all the bad reviews before setting an appointment. I should have believed them! I took my truck in for a alignment and tire rotation. Estimated time was 1hr to 1hr 1/2 from my appointment time. Sounded reasonable. I walked across the street to do some school shopping with my kids and let time go by. I got back to the shop after the 1hr and 30 mins and what do I find? My truck parked in the same spot without being touched. They hadn't done anything to it. What's the point of setting an appointment? It was my first and last time going there. read more

Wow. First time here and will return! Scott has taken care of my parents car on a number of occasions and my folks have always said GO TO THEM. After shopping around, I decided to hit up Romona tire. I was given a fair price but the tires were not in stock, however, Scott provided me a far superior tire to the one I was going to purchase at the same price as the former tires. I was shocked. He said hey, we don't have it in stock, so we'll honor the price. That is professionalism at its finest. Prior to coming to Ramona Tire I visited a number of sites around that were disingenuous about what they offer, not here. Scott explained the amount of training they require of their employees and I became confident about their work. They even do car repairs and service and have some great deals posted in their store. I will certainly be back here and highly recommend them! P.S. I came in 45 min before they closed and agreed to finish my car! Top notch here! read more

Amazing service and great prices. Called around to get quotes on tires for my travel trailer. A lot wouldn't service it others were way expensive.......these guys were great over phone and had me in and out of there fast. I will be back! read more

I've been coming to this shop for about 5 years and they've always been incredibly helpful. Recently, I had a leak in my tire and they found that it was due to a cracked rim. They were able to get another set of wheels that I had onto the car and offered recommendations for rim repair shops. My car was done in almost no time. By far the best shop around, highly recommended! Thank you guys! read more

So Corey Wilson (I believe he is part Onwer or head of management) messaged me after not be able to find me in the system a little over two weeks, but that's partly due to my father having me under his account. Mr. Wilson was tentative to my post, issue and made sure he was able to take care of me ASAP and said he would make sure he took care of the issues that I had at that location. Although, my father has been going there for decades and he loves that location I'm not a fan exactly, but I do like the company and their service. After speaking with Mr. Wilson, he helped Go tto another location which was near and they had me (daniel and Michael I believe their names were) in and out in less then an hour showed me the issues and etc. I'll probably continue my services and my tire needs at that location. I appreciate all the help Mr. Wilson made happen and also daniel and Michael. Sorry if I messed the name up. read more

When accepting a job about anything, at least review what needs to be done before saying yes we will take care of it and not call after 3 hours saying we are not able to fix the problem and make up some excuses and make the costumer sound like a liar. read more

I purchased shocks here and it was under warranty. I brought the car in due to the rear shocks leaking fluid. I was told the shocks were covered under the warranty and I would be responsible for labor. That sounded reasonable at first. I asked how much labor would be and he said $500! That blows my mind. Labor is the same cost as the shocks! I could understand labor being $200 or somewhere around that ballpark. $500 just felt like a rip off. read more

Saul is the best! He took such great care of me on last minute notice and really was more than accommodating. I am new to the area due to work and any new mechanic can be like rilling the dice. Saul took such good care that I will refer anyone looking for service to Ramona. Thank you. read more

If I could give zero stars, I probably would. My first and unfortunately last time at Ramona tire. I typically go to a ramona tire in Beaumont, but since moving, I needed to find a new spot to get an oil change. Dropped my car off around 11:30am on a Sunday for an oil change and tire rotation. On Sunday's they close at 4pm and the attendant said he'd call me when my car was ready. No call received, I headed back at 4pm. When I asked why he didn't call me, he said it was because they'd just finished with my car - ok - not a big deal, but would have been nice to get an update after they had my vehicle for almost 5 hrs. Went out to my car only to find my oil change light and tire pressure check light both still on. Went back inside and was instructed to pull my car back around so a tech could refill my tires and reset both lights. They usually replace the 'due back date/mileage' sticker in the corner of the windshield, but I got no such sticker or information. Seriously unimpressed with the sloppy work and service, and I won't be back. read more

Very professional service in timely manner, had oil change and tire service that was actually free just for applying for credit line, informative report with no pressure to buy their tires .will return Scott was very helpful and is active in all transaction i observed them for a while wile in waiting room, service technicians were visible in action as well .very hard to find honest service nowadays. read more

Worst experience.. Went in for a new tire replacement, said it would take an hour and a half. Dropped car off at 12, called to check status at 2, said that my car was next and will be quick once it's worked on. Ok cool I thought, flash forward to 4pm still no word. Decided to drive by and check, car is still sitting in parking garage and has not been touched yet. Decided enough was enough went to grab keys and worker only kept telling me I'm next in line. Yea been hearing that all day! Don't tell customers it will take an hour and a half then four hours later it still hasn't been touched! Went to American tires fixed car within two hours with status tracker sent to your phone and better pricing! So many better tire shops in surrounding area... Do not recommend this place! read more

Resorted to this auto shop because my breaks were bad (like, metal on metal bad), and my dad wanted my car fixed as quickly as possible over the weekend and found that this place wasn't too packed with appointments. I'm not much of a car person, and until recently, my parents were mostly taking care of any major car issues I've had, but I'd say this place did a good job of fixing what needed to be fixed. They installed new break pads, flushed my breaks, and did some other stuff that all came out to appx. $600. Gave me a free diagnosis when I left my car with them in the morning, called me with a quote and went over each component of service included with what they would eventually charge me. My only complaint is that they took over an hour to give me a diagnosis, and I'm surprised they didn't see anything wrong with my engine, which broke down shortly thereafter - I'm not sure if they didn't detect an issue because it was too early to tell or because they're just incompetent... In any case, after getting my break issues fixed here, my car hasn't had any issues with its breaks since. Employees here are extremely friendly. Good, up-beat attitudes and willing to help. I'd say they're alright! read more

The guys at this Ramona tires always show great attitude and respond to all my concerns every time I go for my car maintenance. I went yesterday 03/16 for an oil change and tire rotation. In the past I've needed other services due to issues with my car's control arms and shocks (my car was "shaking" while going +50mph!) and they left my car running like new and safe to drive again. Thank you guys! Recommended 100% read more

I have been coming here for years. The people they have working here are kind, courteous and professional at every level. At some point we all have a tire issue or need an oil change. This is the place to come! read more

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a nice job with both and took pics of my rear tires - inside down to the cords, camber is off from a bad alignment. Replaced two tires, checked alignment and the price was exceptionally fair. The guys working in there laugh, have fun, but also explain what's going on and keep you informed. High praise. Well done. read more

Incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable I would recommend them to everyone. Especially one of the sales advisers Nadar 5+ stars

Hearing about my issues at the Murrieta store, I was directed to this location to meet the manager Saul. His store is run much better and he was able to put me at ease. My trucks problems that weren't addressed at the Murrieta location were quickly fixed here. My appointment for 10am stood, I was promptly met and helped. There was none of the typical hour or so wait times. I really appreciate the help from the staff and managers at this location as well as the district manager from Ramona Tire. I will look forward to another 10+ years of business with them. read more

Great place, great prices. Been coming here since 2014 and living in hemet, Whenever I'm in temecula I always drop by. Oil changes and tire rotations for under $30. I'm in and out in time. People are friendly and remember me every time I go in. I have lifetime alignments with them for both my cars because hemet pot holes and bumps suck. Seriously stay away from Gilm springs road. The Manager funny guy, Always makes sure you're in good hands. And hell I can walk to Five Guys across the street. Autozone also close by so they can get parts fast. The shop has personality. Okay so I had the worst tire experience prior to bringing my car here. Got a flat, had my spare put on, and my spare ended up being flat. I had my car towed to Ramona Tires and they were able to take care of my car immediately. Scott was SO helpful, was able to salvage my old tire AND my spare. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, knew what was best for my car, and was very straight forward with what needed to be done. Not only was he so kind, but he was able to help me out and ended up giving it to me for free. His entire team worked efficiently and SO QUICK! I seriously wish I could give this tire shop more than 5 stars. They are all so kind and accommodating. Bravo, Ramona Tires! read more

Brought my work truck in on a Sunday afternoon...front brakes making a " grinding noise ". Scott was courteous and professional. He was able to work with me on the price and had the work done and the truck ready within a reasonable time frame.
