The fall package was a GREAT deal & left my dog looking & smelling amazing. I 100% recommend Southern Paws. They are patient, friendly & your babies would be in great hands. The shop is also cute & tidy. Some grooming places smell like wet dog which is understandable but not Southern Paw. It also smells good in there. They also have toys for sale for all sizes babies! Update: we brought our mini dachshund the first time. We just went back with our husky & they did just as good of a job! Still 10/10 would recommend (:

For about 6 months, everything was perfect…read more Then, the last 6 months of her being groomed by them, they never clipped her nails, never give her a bath. Like they said, they were billing us for each time. The service got worse and worse, and just the other day we took her in, and the lady did a terrible job of grooming. Her never clipped her nails. Her ears are uneven. Her face is crooked. She smells like death if she wasn't clean properly or nothing. And when I call to say something about it, the owner got a total attitude. And said, I cussed out her employee when I left a message, which is totally false. I would not recommend anybody sitting there. There are dogs there. If they care anything about how they're treated because they're their staff, it is really rude and unprofessional, and I totally disgusted what they did to my dog and they charge you for services that they don't even do
