This is a wonderful place to take your dog for grooming. I went there for the first time yesterday and was extremely pleased with the women who took care of my Doberman. She is an older Doberman who is very gentle yet absolutely fights(extremely difficult) when it comes to her nails being cut. I'd been through 3 other groomers in Spring Hill. One who never returned my calls after grooming my Dobie for 6 months. Another where they hardly trimmed her nails at all and the third who hurt her and choked her so hard they broke the link in her choker chain. I know you have to be firm with difficult dogs but not cruel. I was so hesitant to try another. But I checked the reviews and took a chance with Puppy Luv. What a difference in the groomers attitudes and my Dobie's nails looked great (they were very long prior to this visit) and she was happy when we left. I highly recommend these groomers. You can tell they care about the dogs. I will be using them from now on. Thank heavens I finally found someone who does a great job and really cares about my dog. I highly recommend them. Wonderful Dog Groomers! I recently adopted a gorgeous Border Collie from a Shelter and needed to find a Groomer, fast! So I checked Yelp and between the high ratings and the proximity to my home, I chose them and made an appointment for 4/3/17 Sadly, my new 2 year old BC was skittish at first because of Shelter flashbacks (?) but thankfully was calmed in minutes by Babs, the Owner. After 5 minutes, they also calmed this new 'Mommy' down enough, that I felt comfortable enough to leave her in their care! Two hours later I returned to find my gorgeous dog now looking stunning and smelling beautiful! She was so calm, that I was almost envious of her, lol! I have been using Puppy Luv for years! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Babs, the owner, and Dani, her daughter who always did my pups from day one. Later, there was Mike, who has done a fantastic job with my pups if Dani was booked. Since going to Abigail Rd, I have been waiting for Dani to open up her own grooming and boarding facility. All 3 of my dogs have gone there, and Laura has handled my dogs. I have only good experiences to report. I continue to go to the new grooming/boarding facility on Vicki Lane. They are like my pups' second family and I feel like they are MY family as well. read more

Lynn F., you are way off on your review. This home based company is not a fraud as you seem to have slandered them. Laura is a wonderful woman and groomer. She always does an excellent job with my 4 dogs along with Babs and Danielle who are also wonderful. I have been going to them for several years and they have never failed me. I have a standard Poodle, a Golden Doodle, and two small Shih Tzu dogs and they always look wonderful. I also have another Golden Doodle that will be going there soon for 5 regulars and a Golden Retriever that will only go occasionally. I wouldn't go any where else. read more

I have two larger rescue dogs that are terrified of the bath and having their nails clipped. I was reluctant to take them anywhere thinking that if they are scared of me, their mom, they will be traumatized elsewhere. What I didn't know was that some dogs are actually calmer in a different environment, making it much safer for grooming, especially the nails! Babs and Danielle did such an amazing job with my babies. Their love for animals truly shows in their patience and how they handled my babies, I'll never take them anywhere else. read more

I took my 2 Pomeranians Luke and Sophy to Puppy Luv for the very first time today. The greeting at the entrance was relaxed and yet professional. My Family has been coming to FL since 2015. We found Puppy Luv to help with grooming our dogs and cats. When my daughter passed away my family was in turmoil and our pets are used to taking showers weekly. Puppy Luv took all my pets at once. At the time at had 12 cats. So glad I found Puppy Luv Grooming in Spring Hill, FL for my two miniature schnauzers. My dogs love to go there. One of them is a senior dog (14 years old) and other groomers for the past 2 years have told me he was very hard to groom and they had to muzzle him! I absolutely love the staff and owner. They have the most wonderful accommodating services. Usually my dog is stressed after being Groomed. Melissa is the best, my dog loves her and always comes back home happy and stress free.
