I have a Service Dog. I made a morning appointment for him. 3 hours later I had not received a call back to say he was ready. So I called them. I was told he was still wet and they had not groomed him yet. I was livid. He had spent 2 1/2 hours in a crate when he had an appointment. No explanation was given except, "Things happen sometimes." Disabled people have a service animal for a reason. They need them to do tasks that the disabled person can't. If they could not groom him in a timely manner they should have called me to come and get him. Not leave him in a crate for several hours. He won't be going back. read more

I found this groomer through yelp and I made the appointment. I saw 1 post that was negative but honestly I think it's a new dog owner who did not understand that her dog having knots in its hair is actually painful to the dog if the matting goes all the way to the skin. The groomer and staff are amazing and very nice. They are very busy and I am glad to see a local business being busy. So my Preston is a Party Pomeranian and my companion. We asked for a traditional cut as I don't care for the teddy bear look on my dog. They did what we asked and I am happy for it. We have not been in the area long and I was spoiled by my groomer in Tennessee as she took pictures of him to show me he was ready for pick I think that is a great way to promote your service and I always have cute pictures of my fur baby. This was my first time sending my baby to the groomers, I just needed him to be wash, nails clipped and ears to be cleaned.. they did an amazing job! I was so scared to leave him that I cried but the owner came to me and said we will take good care of him not to worry and they sure did!! Had an appointment, walked in to be greeted by rudeness! We are new to the area and this place, asked questions such as ( do you have a hypoallergenic shampoo? Just to be told what Is that) ( how long will my dog be here? I don't know, maybe all day. Seriously? Everything is located in a small room! Dogs are washed in what looks like a metal sink, cages are stacked one on top of the other, while the room is freezing cold! I've been going here for 5 years. Justine is absolutely amazing! You can see everyone grooming the dogs. Rossi, my "teddy bear" (bichon/shihtzu) literally goes nuts whining with excitement the closer we get to her shop. He LOVES her!!! All Breed seems to be OK for small dogs but my Standard Poodle is not their cup of tea. Have been there several times and they take too long. Took my buddy in at 10:30 AM and Returned by 3:30 and she was still on the table. She had bare strips on her legs and skinned down like she was a rat. I brush her every day but was scolded that I did not brush her correctly. I believe it was more the fact that they did not want to take the time to comb her and it was easier to just skin her down. Still, 5 hours is too long and she came home just shaking. Judge for yourself if you use them. read more

I first called to have my dog groomed 3 years ago. The owner who answered (Justine) was really accommodating and took my little Elphie right away. She is so knowledgeable and patient. We have been loyal ever since. This place is fantastic and my Elphie loves going there. She knows my dog no matter how long it's been since we have seen her. We took our dog for the first and second time to this groomer. I had never had a dog so I didn't know much about dog grooming. She chastised us because the dog was matted. The second time we brought her back the girl behind the counter asked what type of cut we wanted our dog to have. Justine piped in that the dog was matted last time so she had to shave our dog all over. I now knew this and this time the dog was not matted. When we got back to retrieve her she said we needed to touch the dog's face more. She was not friendly at all. She had so many dogs there I know it upset my dog. I think if you are going to own a business you should at least be personable. I will not be going back. read more
