If bending over a tub to wash your dogs sounds fun then this place is NOT for you…read more However if you enjoy not being in pain after bathing your 50lb poodle then RUN to sit stay splash!! I found out about this place due to them supporting a local rescue and promptly booked (online easy booking). They provide towels (less washing at home) a apron (dry human) and you can book the wash/dry at get a high velocity dryer room with adjustable table!!! They include shampoo and conditioner or you can bring your favorite products! Every pup in there has always been super chill and you can laugh with the friendly staff and customers while getting splashed with your dog(s). Rental of nail things and clippers at additional fees.... Highly reccomend a local bathing facility that is clean, welcoming helpful staff and when you leave you don't have to clean your wet house!!

This…read moreis awesome since as much as I try to prepare for visits at self wash stations, it is inevitable that I will forget something and other businesses would often charge extra. You can also book a nail trim that is cheaper when paired with a wash, but also available as a service on its own. The owner and employees took the time to walk me through the the process for the first time I came in as a new customer. The owner Alison is very responsive with any communication. I appreciate owners who are involved and passionate about their locally owned business. Alison also goes out of her way to help nonprofits. I highly recommend Sit Stay Splash and even though it is a drive for me, I will continue to return after a great experience and to utilize the well maintained equipment. Self washes are always my go to since it is a less stressful experience for my pups. They also offer an option for a monthly membership that allows for unlimited washes. You can also reserve a self wash station in advance to ensure you have a time slot and spot when you arrive without any additional fees. The raised tubs are an added benefit for the fur parents washing their dogs and there is also an option for walk in showers that are large enough for bigger dogs. The business is kept clean with equipment that appears well maintained. There are also packages for people who prefer to drop off their pups for a full or partial groom with pricing estimates available ahead of time. The website is easy to navigate and you have the option to text if you have any questions prior to your visit.

When you enter it's a small store front but there's a desk where the employees can help you. I advised them this was my puppy Poppy's first time getting grooming and they reassured me everything was going to be alright. They walked me to the back grooming area so I could see where she was going to get groomed and explained the whole process which was very comforting. So after a few hours went to pick her up and she looked gorgeous. They did such an amazing job with her cut, she smelled amazing, and her accessories were adorable. They also have very fair pricing for the quality of work that they do. The owner was super nice and gave wonderful customer service. He even gave us different treats and dog food to try for free. They have gained my trust and business for as long as I have a dog.

A confirmation text was sent after making the appointment via phone call. My dog and I were warmly received upon entering the business. My requests for styling were honored and my dog came out looking adorable. The price is fair. I appreciate that there's not a ton of add on grooming options like some other places. I did add teeth brushing, however. A bag of free treats was provided upon my departure. This place is back to being my preferred groomer.

THIS PLACE LIBERALLY SAVED MY RELATIONSHIP!! Remmy was a surprise rescue. My boyfriend Brandon…read morenoticed him in a day laborer's trailer and the pup was very emaciated, covered in fleas and eating his own poop. He gave the guy some beer and came home with a hyper pitbull puppy with a poor relationship with food and no potty manners. We both worked long hours and had to crate him for up to 9 hours a day; puppies need to potty every 2-3hrs. Needless to say, we were constantly coming home to a puppy that wanted another 9 hours of playtime, poopy crates and an existing hound dog who was not happy about not being an only child anymore. We were so tired by night's end, Brandon and I barely had said 4 words to each other all day; we were not sure we could keep him Remmy. Cue K9 Adventures, suggested by our vet. He gets the 9 hours of play he needs, he is being social (so important for pits AND his relationship with our hound dog is better since he actually knows how to play without nipping now) and he comes home a perfect, well behaved little gentleman. Despite spending his first months without food, they taught him to sit for meals, something we hadn't taught him but now enforce. This doesn't even account for the kindness and knowledge of the staff who knows my car and Brandon's car in the parking lot and the wonderful owner who has worked with us during financial hardships. I drop Remmy off by just opening the door because he is racing to get to staff members who sit and lay on the floor to just greet my dog. I don't even get on the floor to greet my dogs. He has puppy friends and he is easy to take care of at home. If you're struggling with your relationship with your dog or just want quality care, I could not recommend this place enough. We looked at other places and they were crate based with staff members in perfect, non-messy uniforms; cleanliness is impossible if you're giving dogs love and constant attention. K9 Adventures constantly delivers and crate free cannot be beat.

When I picked my dog up after a few nights of boarding, he had the skin of his nose scraped off and a bad cough. When I asked about it, staff members said it was the first time they saw the condition of his nose and the first time they heard him cough. They said his nose was probably from trying to get out and nudging at the door a lot. It looks like teeth scrapes from another dog. They were so dismissive of my concern. We will not be back.

The last time was with the 8 year old and our new Golden puppy who is now 7 months old. They have two tubs, so bringing two dogs in is perfect. The tubs are very easy to use, and since they're raised you don't have to bend down. They have a few choices of shampoo and conditioner. The staff is very helpful. The last time I went our puppy got his nails trimmed and the woman who did it was very quick and efficient. My puppy barely had time to know that something was happening. The staff obviously love dogs and they're always nice to my husband and I and our two rambunctious Goldens. It costs $10 per bath (you bathe the dog yourself) and to add a nail trim to the bath was $4. Sure, I could do it at home for cheaper, but it's worth the convenienve. There we can bathe both dogs at once and we don't have to clean up or clog our shower drain with dog fur.

I tried explaining that that's what I wanted to do was make an appointment and to get a quote. She informs me I have to call which I had already done and never received a call back. I guess she's so busy she just doesn't need any business.

FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FURBABY, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!…read more I would not take my beloved kitties here if this was the last vet clinic on earth. Here's my story: On an otherwise normal and quiet afternoon, my kitty was hanging out with me in my office while I worked. I turned around just as my otherwise health, normal kitty started having a seizure. I immediately grabbed her, grabbed my keys and got in the car. I didn't even take time to grab my phone or even put her in a cat carrier. My first inclination was to go to Central Animal Hospital because it is close to my house (~3 minutes from my place) and time was of the essence. I rushed over there, entered the lobby and announced to the receptionist that I had an emergency. Maybe I just watch too much TV or something, but when someone enters a medical facility and says they have an emergency, I would expect some kind of change in demeanor - perhaps a sense of urgency, concern, compassion or just general curiosity. Without even laying eyes on my kitty or asking any questions about her or the nature of the emergency (I think I may have told them it was a seizure), the receptionist picked up a post-it note and began writing an address on it while informing me that they could not "accommodate any emergencies" right now. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, so it wasn't like they were just about to close. The other woman behind the desk looked even less alarmed or interested and said nothing. I explained to them I wasn't sure if my cat would live long enough to make it to another veterinary facility. This made no impact on these women whatsoever. They were stonefaced, totally unsympathetic and completely unconcerned with the possibility that my cat might die because they refused to accommodate an emergency and decided to turn me away. They wanted to send me to an emergency clinic across town that I happen to know has a very poor reputation so I simply left there, headed to the closest and best animal ER I could, and got excellent treatment there. I am eternally grateful that circumstances were such that my cat did survive long enough to make it to an animal care facility that actually seems to care about animals and the people who love them. Before you bring your beloved animals here, ask yourself: why would you ever want to bring your animals to a place with people who are so discompassionate and heartless and who would turn away a pet in medical distress? They should thank their lucky stars every day that my cat survived. And you should consider going ANYWHERE but here. EDIT: Their hollow and disingenuous response just makes this worse. I'm not sure how anyone - trained or untrained - could determine if my cat would be better served by an additional TWENTY MINUTES IN THE CAR when they NEVER saw her. She was in the car when I went into the lobby. They don't even know what she looks like let alone what her condition is. Again, I implore all pet owners to find a vet that actually cares about animals, and this one ain't it. I spit on you and your false concern for my cat - your entire establishment disgusts me.
