The food was burnt. Pizza was half cooked in the middle and burnt crust. Pizza sauce didn't even go to the crust. The Stromboli was burnt on the bottom and top. They are at this time remaking food. Will update on round two. This place has gone way down hill since last time we ordered. read more

3rd order of similar quality over 2 months. $47 with tip. Pizza is room temp at best , not the stuffed crust we ordered. Obviously been in drivers car 45+ minutes. No sauce for the wings (which were ordered with sauce on them) Stromboli is BURNT to a crisp. Literally trash. Waited 1hr 30 min and my kids are eating ham sandwiches. I called. They offered money back, I'd rather just tell them I learned a lesson and will never order again. I can be sympathetic to business current situations to a point. This is ridiculous. So, I bought this for my mom when I was in town since it was my parents favorite pizza. Surprisingly, a very good pizza. The potatoes and almonds were well-cooked and the carmelized onions were cooked perfectly. I am not a ranch person but it worked well with the potato, almond, sausage and onion. Have been longtime Romeo Pizza fans 15+ years! Five stars hands down, until tonight! Took over an hour and a half to get our pizza delivered. Was told the Pizza would be at our house within 50 minutes. Called an hour in and asked, the girl let me know that they are busy and that it will be at our house in 10 minutes. An hour and a half in I called back and a guy answered, he asked me to wait and I said no, I wanted to know where our order is. He then said that it should be out, I told him I wanted a refund/ discount since this took forever... he said no, I told him I want to talk with the manager then... he said he was and that there are no discounts given.... I then went off on him and my wife took the phone from me... ha. Well wife got a hold of the real manager... so is the manager there such a POS he doesn't want to talk to their customers.... we did end up getting a full refund and a cold pizza on top of that. Never again will I order from Romeos Pizza Updated 9/11/2020 Spoke with Bob, DM, and Jason, store manager. Both apologized about what happened. I called in a delivery for 2 large pizzas. I was told it would take 45 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later I called to check on it. I was told it left the store 15 minutes prior and it would take 5 minutes before it arrived, but if it wasn't there in 10-15 minutes to call. It didn't show up in that time frame so I called. They told me it should arrive in 5 minutes. It arrived 15 minutes later. From what I was told it took 45 minutes from the store to my home. To say the least, the pizza was cold. read more

My family and I were in town for a soccer tournament and was staying in a local hotel. Wanting to stay in, we ordered pizza from one of the menus from the stack that the front desk gave us. We chose to get pizza from here- it must have been a long day because we clearly made the wrong choice. The part of our order we received was cold and not all that tasty. We ordered the margarita pizza way less cheesy than expected and the "pesto" (which was about as yummy as crayon shavings) did not add any flavor to the most bland pizza I have ever had. Mozzarella sticks were ordered and on the receipt were not delivered with the pizza. The delivery guy said he would be right back with them.... One hour later, we have yet to receive them. Thank goodness we paid that extra money for delivery to ensure everything would be delivered as ordered! Whew!
