What a JOKE this place is!! Unprofessional, dirty and very poor quality. If you order a special foam or wax and you don't see the foam being distributed. It's because they will use the excuse that it does not work all the time. When you point it out to them, they will run your car through again and MAGICALLY it now works!! They do NOT dry your car completely. They leave spots and use old rags that have been used on other vehicles. If you ask them to brush the bugs off the front end, they will forget or just not care and avoid the work. If you want an excellent car wash go to the folks on Main street and 8th where they do PERFECT work! This place is not only a JOKE but a CLOWN SHOW!! read more

Updating because they are doing a better job and they earn another star. I like the gentleman running the store. He really works to make sure you get a good wash. And had a good sense of humor. They still may miss the back of the mirrors when we check it out at the end. It's the details like the back of mirrors and top of bed cover. They could get another point by having someone do QC before letting the customer see it. The tips would be better as well. I feel like my overall wash job is better. Had my vehicle washed at Romeo's. My truck looks clean. But I had issues with their finished work. They corrected what I noted. I later noticed that my vehicle was not properly wiped down. I ended up doing it myself. Under staffed. Quality for the price is acceptable if you don't mind finishing up the job yourself. read more

Requested option 2 and the interior was not well vacuumed, the board and glove compartment was still dirt. I do appreciate they did it in a very timely manner. For the service requested and the value of what I received I would say that it was expensive since I was expecting a little bit more. read more

Ugh! Don't recommend! Romeo's Car Wash has substandard service! So...I get to this car wash and there was only one worker there, okay, fine... the worker saw me waiting several minutes but helped someone else that got there after I did. Several minutes later he approaches and I asked him how long the wait was for a car wash and the guys says ( in a rude tone of voice),"I don't know, about 40 minutes." I said, "That's ok, I'll go elsewhere." I made a U turn and found another self-car wash just a minute away, iClean Car Wash. This other car wash was great. Wow! Amazing experience! I was in and out within 5-10 minutes! I had to vacuum my car myself but that was ok. So glad the I-hate-the-world guy at Romeo's car wash acted like a POS because no one should waste a penny or time at businesses like that! read more

If I could leave a no star review I would. I just went in to get my truck washed. The guy who vacuumed my car did not vac I'm the back seat of my truck or under the front seats. He made no effort at all. There was a film on the truck and blue soap marks (I'm assuming soap) down each side of the truck. They did not wipe anything down on the inside. THIS WAS THE WORSE CAR WASH I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. If I could have gotten my tip back I would have. I did go back to the vacuum guy and use his vacuum again. The owner proceeded to tell me my car was clean, but if I wanted the bugs to be taken off I needed to get the $40 wax in addition to the car wash I had already purchased. Honestly just go hand wash your car YOURSELF! I am a pretty active Yelper & I am not one of those who only writes bad reviews. I just tell the truth like it is. Unfortunately, this place isn't so good. So after reading the bad reviews on here I still decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and check it out for myself as we may all have different experiences. I took my car in for the Super Car Wash. I should have taken before pictures of my car but when I went in there, my car wasn't really dirty just a quick wash & good vacuum/wipe down would have been great. Which is what I thought I was getting when I got the Super Wash for $18.99. So they take my car away. Start vacuuming. Probably spent like 4 minutes total to vacuum my car. The only thing in my car was a sun visor, a stuffed animal in the back, a water bottle & a crumpled up receipt in the side panel so there wasn't much in there and vacuuming would be pretty simple for him. Once they get done with the vacuum they sent it thru the car wash, which I found very weird that no one sits in the drivers spot for when it finally rolls thru the exit, it just sits in neutral and rolls until the car decides to stop. I thought, this could be bad if my car decided to keep rolling into the wall. Luckily it stopped but I thought that this is probably something they should re-think. So someone finally gets in my car after it sitting there for about 5 minutes and they pull it off to the side and begin the wipe down. I'm thinking okay good a damp towel on the inside will take any dirt or dust off. As I'm watching the employees work, I notice a lot of trash all over the ground in various spots of their car wash. I notice one of the guys take the trash out of the car and just throw it on the ground. Totally understandable if they had someone to come thru and pick it up but from the looks of the place they just hope that it blows off their store grounds and into someone else's problems. They have a tip jar which is split by all of the employees who works there which could be a positive but also a negative for them. Anyways, I paid for my car wash and asked the cashier if I could leave a tip because I was paying card and didn't have cash. He said sure I can do cash back. So I added $5 on to my bill for the tip. He forgets to give me the $5 and then questions me if I'm sure he didn't give it to me. After a few times he finally gives me my cash back. Kind of irritating but whatever the guy gave it to me so I dropped it in their tip jar. My car is finally done and I get in and leave. Noticing that the only piece of trash in my car was the crumpled up receipt and they left it in there. There were spots that weren't wiped down in my car which were obvious that they needed to be wiped. The vacuuming job sucked as there were still dirt and such in my car/ floor mats were wet from their feet and just dirty. I won't go back there considering that I could have done a much better job myself at a do it yourself car wash and spent probably less time than they did. This place has potential if they just had better management to correct some of the little things that make a HUGE difference! I hope my honest review helps out the next person wanting to find a good car wash because this place just doesn't cut it! read more

I went for a car wash on 12/07/23. they staff locked the keys inside car. I was told by clerk who was cashier that he would open it with a certain device. I waited a while and nobody did anything so I went to ask what was happening. That same cashier says to me that he too busy with other customers. This boy was one rude person, he acted like I was to blame for the whole incident. I advise all to stay away from this unprofessional establishment. read more

Firstly, the customer service was friendly enough. my guy and I brought both vehicles for inside and out cleaning. they left fuel door open and let cars air dry. Now here's where I call bs. at least 8 vehicles came in after us and ours was left unattended while they worked to get the others taken care of. we are African American and the others were either Spanish or Mexican or both. The preferential treatment I saw being given was hurtful. All of them had come and gone as well as others while our cars sat. Finally when we walked over to see what was going on we found a poorly done job all around. it wasn't even vacuumed properly they had not moved the seats at all. They went over it. I have been coming here for a couple years now and honestly the service is sub par. They ALWAYS forget to clean the center console and cupholder area. I would like to think they could manage to do a thorough job when there are 5 to 7 workers on one vehicle. When i took it to get washed, I was happily waiting to see my car come out of the machine and noticed my fuel door had been opened and they did not even let me know that there had been something that happened. I have had to complain to the cashier and had my car revacumed and inside wiped down. This time I did not.the inside was not vacuumed very well. There were smudges on inside that were not even cleaned. I alway put a tip in the box. This time when I saw my car I told all the workers that were going thru tips that this is the last time I am ever going to this car wash again. When I paid the owner, he added and additional Labor fee. I asked him why the additional charge. It was my understanding based on the price his employee gave me that it included labor. When I asked and didn't agree to the charge, the owner got defensive and kicked me out. I called the police but they said it was between them and I. I should have asked about the price, the officer said. Umm I just told you I did just that and the total was 34.99. If you have a nice car, then beware!!! They will treat your vehicle like a 1982 farm truck. No consideration for keeping the floor matts dry and clean. I now also have first hand experience that they do not use clean rags to dry.. I have a black SRT Challenger and now my paint job has spider web scratches in it. When I'm in too busy to wash and detail my own car this is where I stop . Maybe I've been spoiled by the car washes in San Diego, but this one doesn't even come close. The prices are too expensive for what you get. They are more concerned with speed rather than doing it right. Almost every employee I have interacted with seems to have a lousy attitude. The store sells a hodgepodge of junk for ridiculous prices that should be at the 99 cent store. The waiting area is small and uncomfortable. 12 months ago was the last car wash I had on my 15 year old car after going away to school for a year. The wheels were very tarnished beyond any amount of elbow grease, headlight yellowed badly, and some stains and paint on the interior. A bit surprised by the $300 price tag, however, 4 hours later I was incredibly pleased by the results. When they say they make it near new, they make it happen. I bring my truck here at least twice a week. Purchased the unlimited year membership for car wash and love it. They do a great job, are thorough with vacuuming and Armour alling all proper areas. Also had an oil change performed her. No wait, and took them 20 minutes in and out & received a free car wash (although I had membership, I was given a free drink,chips, & ice cream and air freshener to compensate for wash) Owners are very polite and helpful! read more

After paying close to $30 my car is still dusty on the inside, they didn't even wipe down the dash. Great service! They are usually quick and are always very detail oriented. They always hand-dry your car and armor all the exterior and will armor all the interior for a small fee. I especially like the way they clean inside and out (including windows) of your vehicle for the same price. This is the only place I trust to wash my family's vehicles. They recently raised prices but are still affordable. read more

Don't know where to begin, they broke my side mirror on my car, they were so quick to rush me into my car to leave! As I drove away I noticed my driver side mirror broken shattered, when I drove back to tell the manager I got down from my car I cut my leg on a piece of glass they left on my seat! I was bleeding pretty deep and the manager, asked around a whole slew of attendants they have wiping down cars, they all looked around at eachother dumbfounded no employees admitted to it! Granted it's been a while since I've had a car wash at Romeo's, but based on my last wash, here are a few reasons why I wouldn't go back. Dirty towels. The towels used to dry your car smell awful. Thus making the inside of your car smell bad. If you enjoy the dirty rag smell, you'll get it here. Long wait. Usually the sign of a good business, but I think it's more due to the price and location than it is the service. Uncomfortable waiting area. Hardly anywhere to sit and very hot inside. But as you stand around waiting for you car they do have a TV which is usually on a news channel. You can buy a drink or snack to pass the time, but I wouldn't. And of course they do have the standard car stickers for purchase. You know the ones I'm talking about, Calvin peeing on something/someone and the obligatory "family" stickers that are slapped on many cars in the valley. read more

October 2013, I paid $135 for the interior and exterior of my two-seat convertible to be detailed. The staff at Romeo's did a surprisingly poor job on the interior detail. The trunk, glove box, and center console storage bin were not vacuumed. There were still water rings in the bottom of the cup holders. A smear of honey mustard sauce on the instruments was still there. The rear shelf under the rear window was filthy. Very poor job. I will not return and recommend no one else go there unless you enjoy throwing money away for poor service. read more
