I filled my gas tank and was denied use of the restroom. There must be a restroom on the premises.

This was a fun place to wash my Rv. Big, Roomy space and hose was long enough to wash. The vacuum was strong as well.

No gas ever, go inside they have nothing. Every time I do go in the cashiers are to busy talking to each other to attend to you and when they do they don't even give you eye contact. And it's every time not just sometimes. Car wash and guys are amazing tho. read more

Rude chola lady with chola eyebrows never fails to be rude. Gone in several times and has attitude as if she's having a bad day I get it once maybe twice but if it's a constant thing I don't know how she's still working there seriously. And I've heard many people say the same thing not a person to say this but cause of her I stopped going there for anything and the car wash. read more

Please train the young ladies and the chola that works in the a.m.. They need a major attitude adjustment on how to accomodate the customers that go there. It's as if they/she thinks she owns the store which allows them to acknowledge customers as a hassle in their work ethics. -A simple hello, and thank you can go a very long way in repeat business let alone customers for this type of business. -If they cannot adjust their attitudes when coming to work, perhaps they belong in the back someplace where they wouldn't have to deal with customers. May i suggest the carwash section. Minus the detailed failure in customer service, the convenience is good based on their location. read more

Finally, a clean, large, and reasonably priced gas station! First of all, the clerks are friendly. I love that. There is nothing more miserable than walking into a grimy gas station with a shitty clerk to top off your day. The gas station is large, full of snacks and travel necessities, cold drinks...all the good stuff. Everything is organized, well-stocked, and clean. The gas prices are never astronomical, usually hard to beat, and there are numerous pumps, so there's never a wait time to pump your gas. They have a nice set up for a car wash, and Quizno's is in the same lot. There is even free WiFi. It's the kind of gas station for the kind of people who might be particular about their energy drinks, enjoy fresh brewed as opposed to stale cheap coffee,quick and friendly service..the kind of person who won't settle for the gas station with the restroom outside that requires you to go inside for the key. it's a classier establishment of sorts. read more

Aten Express seems to have everything you need in a gas station it has cold beer, sodas and a variety of snacks and candies not to mention a car wash on site so you can fill up wash up and sooth your dry mouth or sweet tooth all in one place. The gas is reasonably priced for the Valley plus it even has a Pacific Pride gas pump for commercial fueling needs they also have a good amount of pumps to accommodate everyone at any given time. read more

Horrible experience. This is my and my husbands almost everyday stop to get our coffee or drink before heading to work and where we fill both our tanks everytime. I had a low tire and barely made it to the air machine. I walked in the store and approched the lady at the counter who was just sitting there while another associate (a gentlemen) was helping customers. I asked if she could turn on the air machine for me and with he worst stink eye she could make she looked at me and said I either had to pay or pump gas. I didnt have change for the machine but i did have to pump gas. But I decided to leave to another gas station. I do not deserve for this lady to give me that attitude. No one does. The tone she gave me and the way she looked at me is unacceptable. Never had I been treated like this at this gas station. You lost two very frequent customers. I understand sometimes you have a bad day but if you work customer service than at least be good at that. My time of visit was October 9 2018 at around 2pm. read more

Thiis is my go-to gas station whenever I visit family in Imperial/El Centro. It typically takes a half tank of gas from San Diego, so I always fill up upon arrival to make the round trip back to San Diego. I was a bit surprised to see that the price of gas here was about the same as San Diego on my last trip, but maybe that is because the price of gas is down everywhere. Aten is the best Gas Station in the imperial valley! They have everything you need! They're car wash service is amazing!

Good place to stop and pick up cold drinks, snacks and ice. The gas prices here are moderate. Not the cheapest in the area, but not the most expensive either. The car wash is pretty decent here. They have a person scrub your vehicle before you enter the automatic car wash and another person hand dry your car when you exit. Make sure you tip them if they do a good job, it's hard work, especially with the Imperial Valley summer heat beating down on them all day. read more

The people here are always friendly. Great selection ranging from Guinness Ale to good coffee. Better than 7-11 by far.
