From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile that truly lit up the room. Her energy, kindness, and genuine positivity immediately stood out. What impressed me most was how patient and thoughtful she was with a group of ladies who were having difficulty speaking English. Priscilla went out of her way to communicate with them, even attempting Spanish--and she did a great job. That level of care and effort is rare and speaks volumes about who she is as a person. Everything about the visit felt welcoming, smooth, and pleasant because of her. I honestly wish there were more people like Priscilla everywhere. When I got the keys back, the employee read the instructions, acknowledged they didn't do it, and just handed me the keys. I nodded, frustrated, and left. I went in expecting real support, but got rude, negligent service. Despite my family member's past good experiences, it's clear they only go out of their way to help female customers. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.
