Called to order some parts for my vehicle. First spoke with Pepe saying "ugh it's going to be…read moreexpensive." Then he transferred my call to Erika, she was supposedly going to submit my order. She started sending me messages through whatsapp and she told me to give her a few minutes, 2 days later still waiting. Today my husband called and spoke to a man that told him they had 3 different types of headlights support in stock, he needed to know the exact one we needed. Mind you we live an hour away, the man said they had all of them in stock. When my husband gets there, he tells them what he is looking for and a man and a lady said those had to be ordered. Really unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't waste my time and money with this business ever again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Desert RV Towing. My vehicle was only in their…read morepossession for about two days, yet the price they charged was completely unreasonable and felt excessive for the amount of time and service provided. What made things worse was the lack of transparency. The pricing wasn't clearly explained upfront, and by the time I got my vehicle back, the total was far higher than expected. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. Situations like this are already stressful, and instead of helping, this company made it even more frustrating. There needs to be more honesty and fairness when it comes to pricing and customer communication. I would strongly recommend looking into other towing options before using this company.
