Can we say Customer Service?! From the very beginning, they were awesome. I called about having my system checked out and they told me to stop by so I can explain what the problem was with my stereo system. I went in and spoke to Ana, Alex Sr. and Alex Jr. All of them were super nice and helpful. I set up an appointment for the following Monday for them to look at it and fix it. Well I had completely forgotten about it and I called Ana and apologized and she was completely understanding and we were able to reschedule for the next day. So I took it in today and I'm so happy I took a chance on them. They didn't try to sale me things that I didn't need. I thought I was going to need a new amp, nope. Victor (audio technician) not only connected my Pioneer subwoofer, but he also reconnected my stock subwoofer. Everything sounds so nice and clean. And the work he did is immaculate. I will definitely be back to have a head unit installed in my car and have my car re-tinted. Also, the prices are great. I wasn't charged an arm and a leg to get my system redone. So a HUGE thank you and two thumbs up to the staff at Extreme!!! You won't catch me at any other stereo shop. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! so on july 14th i walked in because my A/C touchscreen didnt work and they charged me $75dlls to diagnose it! They told me that they checked it out and indeed the touchscreen didnt work and that i had to replace the whole indash kit for my car which i was aware of also, the technician told me that the indash kit would cost me around $350. So i went in the next day and the owner told the technician that now it would cost me $450 plus another $100 for installation so i ordered the part with a deposit of $350 on july 15th and told me it would take at the most 2 weeks for the part to arrive, i cancelled my order on August 12th, mind you this whole time i cant turn on the A/C in my car because of the touchscreen not working, the part never arrived and everytime i would call they would give me a date that supposely its going to arrive and never did, they even blamed it on ups or fed ex because supposely they are low staff,but WAIT theres more instead of returning my whole $350 back for the inconvinience that the part never arrived they ended up giving me only $193 because they have a 35% restocking fee on all cancelled orders,and guess what that same day i cancelled on august 12th, i ordered the part myself from this online electronic company and i just received it on August 15th!!! the whole month i wasted i had no A/C in the imperial valley!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! read more

Called this place about a window tinting they gave me a price so I went in had it done ,when it came to pay after they installed it i went to pay it with my cc they said it was 30 dollars more for cc .well ya should a said that over the phone and they still didn't put the right tint on my front windows . read more

Beware!! Horrible business! They overcharge and try to cheat you! At one point we went to have an amp disconnected, while we waited for the new one to come in, and they cut all the previous wiring in half!! So when we brought the new amp they could charge us for a new wiring kit!! This is a dirty business!! Don't go!! You've been warned...
