Other issue with this business is if you pay for the month and cancel a couple days later they bitch and complain you are no longer allowed to use their services. Bullshit!! I started with putting in $5 cash but it didn't give me credit for 3 quarters so cost me 5.75 for 5 minutes. The foam leaked out of the ceiling on the roof of my van. And finally the spot free rinse water was so low presure I couldn't rinse my car. I won't be back. read more

One of the two guys walked off as I pulled up at prime time 5:00...took his time coming back to get his side. I watched as he ran the brush along the top of the SUV only leaving suds to look like he cleaned. My vehicle sits under a tree and needs more than half assed. I have gotten a lot of half assed in the past MONTHS TO BE CLEAR AS WELL. So, I rolled my window down and said it needs to be done better. The IClean guy said to not yell at him and walked off, not touching the truck. Lastly, the machines are often broken and or not working correctly, as it was today. Poorly run. Weak vacuums, dirty if any rags, extremely difficult to cancel membership. 10/10 don't recommend. If you go to cancel do not leave until you have received confirmation or it likely will not be cancelled. read more

This started off really well; I purchased the monthly membership (the premium plan) and then the quality of the service started to decline. They barely brush your vehicle, there's spots that are very noticeable when you are drying. I've asked them to please scrub my windshield and they seemed bothered. The recent staff that was hired just want to get you out of their hair because they're so backed up. I am trying to cancel my membership because paying $25 to still have to do the work yourself isn't really a good deal. Also, the machine is broken once a month and they don't credit you or allow you to use the other drive thru to wash your car. I am very disappointed. read more

BEST CAR WASH EVER. i went to the car wash wash and go from across the street, got the cheapest one and it was HORRIFIC there was still bird poop and dirt. went a second time got the most expensive one still did a bad job, next day went to ICLEAN CAR WASH had the absolute BEST customer service, three people working on my car at once. i even ran out of towels and they apologized and got me new ones asap! love this car wash worth every penny, the whole fam goes! read more
