Car was apparently sold on Saturday night, and despite telling them we had to travel 45 min for the appt., they could not be bothered to let us know they had sold it. After a couple of half-assed apologies from salesman and sales manager, I left very dissatisfied. Car was sold 6 days ago; but they are still advertising it as available today. A ploy to get people into the dealership to do a bait and switch. It's too bad car dealers don't provide actual customer service anymore.

This continued for over a month with me having to call every week for an update on when it would be done, their answer was always that they were 'just' about to call me and it'll be done within a few days. I had to have a panel painted as part of the repair and there was overspray onto my tire and rim that is still there. I regret going here and wished I would've gone somewhere else.

But afterward, they suddenly changed the trade-in offer to only $4,000, claiming it was a mistake. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. This was never mentioned before my visit. I lost my time, wasted gas, and felt completely misled. I confirmed the trade-in value with them multiple times before going there. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it left me feeling frustrated and deceived.
