I had a great experience with this repair shop. They got my car in quickly, completed the repairs…read moreefficiently, and the work was done well. I also appreciated the status updates throughout the week, which helped keep me informed. The only area for improvement would be the texting service, as I never received a response when I reached out. Overall, the service was fast, professional, and I would recommend them.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction with the handling of repairs to my vehicle following a recent rear-end collision. The car was brought to your facility after the accident, and the repair process was initiated with what I was told would be a thorough inspection. However, I find it extremely troubling that despite the collision being forceful enough to trigger safety features (including front-end deployment systems), no inspection of the front of the vehicle was performed. This lack of inspection raises serious concerns about the thoroughness and completeness of the repair and safety evaluation. Since receiving my vehicle back, I have experienced significant issues, including loose steering and a malfunctioning steering wheel lock mechanism--problems that were not present prior to the accident. When I brought this to your attention, I was told that a rear-end collision "could never have caused" these issues. This statement seems dismissive, especially considering the safety systems were triggered and there was no inspection conducted on the front of the vehicle to rule out any related damage. I am requesting the following: A complete re-evaluation of my vehicle, including front-end systems and steering components. A written report detailing what was and was not inspected during the initial assessment. Assurance that all safety-related systems are functioning as designed and that my vehicle is safe to operate. Please consider this a serious matter of both vehicle integrity and driver safety. If this issue is not addressed promptly and professionally, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and insurance channels. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the recent handling of my auto claim and subsequent vehicle repairs conducted by Caliber Collision, which was authorized or recommended by your company following a rear-end collision. Despite the significant impact and the activation of front-end safety features (such as [list any known features: airbags, sensors, etc.]), the repair facility failed to inspect or assess potential front-end damage. As a result, serious mechanical issues have since developed, including loose steering and a malfunctioning steering wheel lock mechanism--problems that were not present before the collision. Caliber Collision dismissed the possibility that the accident caused this damage without even performing an evaluation of the front-end systems. This failure has left me with a vehicle that feels unsafe to drive and improperly repaired. Resolution Requested: I am requesting that your company authorize and cover: A full, independent inspection of the vehicle's front-end and steering systems. All necessary repairs resulting from the accident-related damage that was overlooked during the original assessment. Any associated costs due to the incomplete and inadequate repairs. As a policyholder, I believe I am entitled to a full restoration of my vehicle to pre-accident condition. I trusted the referral to Caliber Collision and expected that your company would ensure proper handling of the claim and repairs. I ask that you address this matter promptly and fairly. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide an update within [10] business days. I am happy to provide supporting documentation, photos, or schedule a reinspection at your request. I

I went to have a new muffler that I brought installed and not only was it installed in record time,…read moreit was cheaper than expected and they fixed the light on in my dashboard for my airbag, without having to be asked! So our 2017 Jeep GC overheated 2 days ago(05/14/26). I found Auto Fix online, and contacted them…read moreimmediately. Made arrangements to bring it in the following day. Did that. Explained my situation and was told it could be done right away. Got an estimate of over $700, and even though I knew that was a bit on the high side for the job, I agreed to have it done. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call from them, that the job was done. $60 for a gallon of coolant/antifreeze, and I had just paid $25 for a gallon of recommended coolant. Of which, one gallon in, one gallon out. that's when I figured it was more than likely the waterpump. And, for the sake of an hour and a half, I got charged $240 for labor. At just over 2 hours worth of labor, how much are they charging for it? Seems like $120-$150/hour. And for a job that barely took an hour and a half, Hmmm!! Anyway, happy that they got my vehicle in immediately, but not happy with their pricing. 20 years ago, I could have done this job myself for well less than 1/2 of that. But considering I'm now in my 60's, just don't have what it takes(tools, facility, or physical condition to do it anymore. Never again. Tired of being legally robbed.
