Car was apparently sold on Saturday night, and despite telling them we had to travel 45 min for the appt., they could not be bothered to let us know they had sold it. After a couple of half-assed apologies from salesman and sales manager, I left very dissatisfied. Car was sold 6 days ago; but they are still advertising it as available today. A ploy to get people into the dealership to do a bait and switch. It's too bad car dealers don't provide actual customer service anymore.

The problem was that these crooks lied and said the brakes were 75%, which when buying the car and lopping down $13,000 for it, was acceptable. They SAY they have a mechanic fixing up the cars, but beware. He's really just doing oil changes and cleaning the inside of the car so it looks pretty. Mechanically, they don't care about as long as they get the sale. Thankfully, when my brakes failed, I was turning into my driveway so I didn't hit anything or anyone. This continued for over a month with me having to call every week for an update on when it would be done, their answer was always that they were 'just' about to call me and it'll be done within a few days. When I finally got my car back they had left their tools in there and the whole interior was covered in dust/mud. I had to have a panel painted as part of the repair and there was overspray onto my tire and rim that is still there. I regret going here and wished I would've gone somewhere else.
