I brought my wedding dress here to get cleaned. Keep in mind, I was wearing my moms wedding dress and it's very sentimental to me. It stayed there for months and I waited for it forever. Mind you, it's hell to get in touch with this business bc this place is barely open, their hours really suck to me personally. When I finally got in touch with somebody, it took them two weeks to find my dress. Freaking out I went get it asap hoping to GOD it was mine and not somebody else's. When I got there, it was not in a bag. I thoroughly remember buying a white bag and bringing it there in a bag. The ladies there insisted I didn't and asked me what kind of bag. I couldn't remember exactly what brand or anything, didn't think I would need to remember this you know?? The ladies caught attitude saying things like "well if it's so important how do you not remember what bag is yours?" I was then given a clear bag and she tried giving me two other bags that I know were not mine, they were boutique bags. Keep in mind, I was wearing my mothers dress so it was not from a boutique, it's a 1990's dress. I got snapped and asked her "is that what y'all did with my bag, just gave it away?" I was going to take a regular white bag but they smelled horrible, like corn chips. So I went home with my dress in a CLEAR bag. I got two other opinions about the dress and so far, I've been told it was NEVER cleaned. I paid $245 for this dress to be cleaned and it was not cleaned at all. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. People speak highly of this place and at one point, it may have been great, but not anymore. What's the point in me signing a paper with a white, blue and pink copy if they stayed together? Out of three copies one should've been put on my bag, dress, veil , SOMETHING!!! This place needs organization to keep track of what dress is for who and what was cleaned or what wasn't. I would love a refund!!! read more
