I had read some reviews online about the service…read moreand past experiences at David's Bridal and I'll be honest, I was concerned that they wouldn't have time for me and/or wouldn't be very friendly. I'd read that unless you're a bride you get no face time and no pleasantries. The online reviews are completely and totally wrong -- and absolutely do not apply to the Paducah location. I walked in and got smiles from several staff. I was immediately helped. She was friendly, conversational, and although I came in as a bridesmaid, she was still super helpful and took the time to help me find what I need in the size I need. I was actually really surprised with how welcoming and friendly they were and how fast I got everything I needed ordered and without any hassles or problems. About a month later, I got a call that my dress was in and I went and picked it up. She insisted I had it fitted to make sure it fit right and it did. Perfect fit, perfect length. The whole experience was wonderful. When it comes time for my wedding, I will be going to David's Bridal for sure.
