This is the absolute WORST Victoria's Secret I have ever entered. The employees are rude, offer no…read morehelp and treat patrons like dirt. It has only gotten worse during Covid. You can see employees standing around socializing while nobody is allowed to enter the store and people stand in line in the mall corridor. There were two other parties trying on dresses but they were still able to set me up with Carmen. My 1 1/2 year old daughter ran around the store like a crazy child and it did not bother anyone one bit. I kept apologizing but they were all unbothered. It made the experience so much better. Although my daughter didn't let me look at all of the dresses to try on, I picked three the first few minutes I was there. Carmen was so understanding and nice. She helped me in and out of each dress, complimenting every aspect. My daughter even tried to get in the dressing room with us and she was completely unbothered. While my mother kept my daughter occupied, I tried on the three dresses and she helped me find my favorite one. The third dress was absolutely perfect. She agreed with the look that I was going towards. She offered us 10% off and the opportunity to apply for the credit card. All of the staff was extremely helpful and patient with my daughter running everywhere. Kayla checked us out and told me to review my experience. I told her I only came to the store because of their excellent reviews. These reviews are not fake at all. They genuinely love their job. I wouldn't of wanted to go anywhere else. The ONLY downfall is that after we left the store I realized that they did not in fact give me the 10 %. After I left this review, on 10/26/19-- the store manager Lindsay called me and apologized for the missed 10%. I knew this happened by accident and their prompt call due to my review for the correction of this shows that this store is THE BEST when it comes to friendliness and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
