There is no better place in this area to get all of your bridal needs. I had an absolutely terrible experience at another location and was referred to David's Bridals on Hinkleville. I was greeted with smiles and lots of helping hands, specifically with the manager, Carla. She was so sweet and attentive, and helped me with every single step. The team listened to what I wanted, but also gave some great advice and opinion. I found the dress of my dreams in my budget because of these wonderful ladies. I had such a great experience here, I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl's dress from here as well. The dresses came in perfectly and even earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier. Trish was absolutely phenomenal. I had left Anne's bridal because they were absolutely awful and unprofessional. I came to David's bridal with an open mind, upset and no motivation to try anything on because of the experience I just had. Trish went above and beyond. Not only did I have to start all over as a bride but I had 6 bridesmaids and 2 mothers with me also to get their dresses. We all left extremely happy and taken care of. Trish made sure I had everything and I left with a mind at ease. She was patient and took her time. She made my special day exactly the way it should have been...perfect and I appreciate that so so much. David's Bridal in Paducah came to the rescue! We discovered that our bride's maid dress was too small and required alteration by early the following day! Laura Leigh and Lindsay Bachuss were both very courteous and helpful. Our dress was from David's Bridal but we did not purchase the dress from the Paducah location. They accomodated us just the same. Lindsay Bachuss did an absolutely awesome job with the alteration and had it ready for us the same afternoon. The necessary alteration appeared to be a major job and came out looking perfectly done without any signs of alteration. We were so thankful and relieved to see the results. We will definitely shop at David's Bridal when we are looking to buy another formal. read more

I am only in the beginning stages of planning my big day, but every time I go in to this David's location, I receive attentive service and am met with smiling faces! These girls are always ready to listen to your wants and go above and beyond to help you get exactly what you came in for. Carla, Lynn, Natalie, and Lindsey are the BEST group of managers you could ask for! They are all ready to help at a moments notice, and bend over backwards to make their customers happy. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Paducah store. From making the appointment to ordering the perfect dress the entire staff was friendly and helpful. My stylist Alicia was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make me feel wonderful about my choice of dress, myself, and my entourage. We went in with a larger party, which I know can sometimes be a hindrance for a stylist, but she and the rest of the staff accommodated us perfectly. If I could give Alicia more than 5 stars, I would definitely do so. She was absolutely outstanding. Just wanted to take a moment to brag on David's Bridal and their amazing employees. My daughter is getting married in June and the day she went to try on dresses was stress free and so enjoyable. She wasn't rushed at all and was treated like the princess that she is to me. They accommodated about 6 of us that came with her and were more than happy to let her try different styles . The staff was ready to set up a date and time to alter her gown and helped get the maid of honor and one bridesmaid fitted that day fir their dresses. My best friend decided she wanted to plan a wedding in 8 weeks. Having had a bad experience at a David's Bridal in Maine, I was hesitant to try again...especially showing up without an appointment. My experience at the David's Bridal in Paducah, KY was completely opposite of that experience. Going in to Davids I was not sure if I would find my dream dress there. Well turns out I did only they only had it in a small size that I couldn't try on but had another dress a lot like it in my size. When the dress came in it was a little short but I was reassured that they could order it in a longer size. I was so relieved. I just recently shopped here for my wedding dress. Stephanie was the employee that waited on me there. So very polite and helpful. Listened to my needs and made sure I was completely happy and content with everything. She helped me pick out shoes and jewelry.
