I wanted to rate them lower…read more 6/14. placed curbside order for 2 Clementine Select Briq vape pens at 3:56 pm received order's ready message at 3:59pm had daughter drive me 32 mi rt to pick up order was told my order was sold before it was filled was told they had 2 kinds left and the one Orange Pop was similar to Clementine. I went ahead and bought two. They suck compared to what I'd waited on for weeks. I wasn't told it was a mistake. I wasn't told the vapes were listed online by mistake. I was told that in less than 5 min, my items I had reserved were sold out from under me. What I ended up buying doesn't compare to what I had reserved. With senior discount I paid $145 for something that was recommended by a team member. I was one of the very first customers and I've spent thousands of $$ in the Marion store and this never once happened. I'm beyond livid and I'm done. I'll pay for the gas to go to Rise Effingham where the inventory is huge and I will get what I ordered. To top it off - this dispensary has a crappy inventory compared to surrounding dispensaries. Customer service is not good - especially if you have an issue with anything Consume deactivated my card because I left a not so good review.
