Never thought I'd see a dispensary in Illinois, especially southern Illinois of all places. I visited on a weekend and got there early before the store opened. There was a line already and everyone was excited just to be there. The line moved quickly once the store opened and the staff at the security check and the counter were friendly and helpful. Make sure you take cash for your first visit because only members can use credit cards. It's easy to become a member and it's free, just ask the people at the security desk and they'll hook you up with an account and key tag. Cash is important to complete your first order and then you'll have the option to pay with your CC next time. The prices are pretty much exactly what you can expect In CA club. The variety and rewards program is really decent, prices are reasonable taxes are $$ however LA more $$$. I tried these amazingly edibles Beboe gummies Pear & Peach , Love Pills great for postpartum it's like a hug from the inside out when you need that extra push, varies strains. I would suggest do your research know which strains would work for your needs - me creative/calming/focus. Ordering online saves on time. Also, I saw a complaint about getting the wrong order.. every visit the bud-tender goes over your order like 3times. I'm not saying their perfect but other dispensaries I've ordered from online have your bag sealed and ready for pick up or they go over it 1x. I've been going to this location for a few years and never had too many problems other than the rudeness. All the employees from greeting to the individuals who clerk the counter ( they over glorify them and call the bud tenders) are all slightly rude. I get they deal with stoners all day but they should be a little more patient. They also recently changed the way they call you up for your order and were not very good with communicating how they want this done by the customers, the budtenders were very offended we could not read their minds and just get with the program. They openly berated another customer in front of everyone else. Then they get to the total price and the little girl says to me- who just drove two states to buy this product - ' we HAVE to round up and give you cash back so it's discreet to my bank'- ok, gen z decides they are cute and want tips. People in Illinois get $14.00 for minimum wage, where I drove from we get under $8.00. I will not tip the bud tenders who do nothing for a tip. And to be FORCED into tipping not only has me looking for another dispensary after a decent run of a few years but it has me so mad I'm wanting to report this to BBB. Not only do they charge crazy expensive prices- higher than the black market in Tennessee, then they tax it with almost the highest taxes in the nation, then this greedy little girl making more money than me thinks I should tip her because she moved my order from one counter to another. Stopped in to get a disposable pen on my way through Illinois on my way back home to Kansas where marijuana is not legal. It was a $60 vape. Got home and the pen didn't work. Sent them a video and they confirmed that it wasn't working and gave me a store credit. Since I'll probably never be back by that store again I asked for a cash refund and they refused. Feel like it's really bad customer service. Other than that it was a typical dispensary. Go inside, order everything yourself at a kiosk, wait in line and then walk right up to the cashier and then they have the nerve to beg for a tip after you do all the work. I miss the days when it was illegal. My criminal weed dealing friends would never treat me like this. read more

Really disappointed in this store. I had a rude attendant to show me how to order and explain how they can and will rip you, and not just with high prices. I ordered 1 strain, got something different, no way to check it out before the close the bag and staple bag shut, only after you live do you find out you what you didn't order.
