I went ahead and bought two. They suck compared to what I'd waited on for weeks. I wasn't told it was a mistake. I wasn't told the vapes were listed online by mistake. I was told that in less than 5 min, my items I had reserved were sold out from under me. What I ended up buying doesn't compare to what I had reserved. With senior discount I paid $145 for something that was recommended by a team member. I was one of the very first customers and I've spent thousands of $$ in the Marion store and this never once happened. I'm beyond livid and I'm done. I'll pay for the gas to go to Rise Effingham where the inventory is huge and I will get what I ordered. To top it off - this dispensary has a crappy inventory compared to surrounding dispensaries. Nate was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional and did a great job explaining what he was doing and why, and what we should look for and feel for. The first two saddles he pulled for us fit better than anything we've found in three years on our own and he even did his best to find things in our price point. HL doesn't use barcodes, they scan what is on the package. Many times you will find different prices on the same product. Also, if there is signage stating a sale they enjoy misleading you by placing it above items making it seem as though everything within that area is good for that sale, even in fact they will claim it is only good for the color red or green or some other bs. Finally, when you get to the registers and you tell them something is on sale, they will argue with you until you get their manager. Particularly, the greasy haired "Trey", at the Mount Vernon, IL store, who had all the personality and charm of a banana slug. It was 50% off Trey, you cretin. For being Christians, they sure enjoy breaking the "though shall not steal" rule an awful lot. Shameful. Wish it wasn't the only craft store in town.

He took his time to help us look for stuff. At first we didn't really find anything we liked, but he tried his best to help us and we finally ended up with an autographed football card. The prices are reasonable and if he doesn't have something, he will tell you how to find it. Great service, reasonable prices, nice hometown feel!
