They told me I was past the 60 day window for returns and they couldn't do anything. I 100% get the return policy, but this was a defective item on day 70ish. I ended up calling the 800 number and was told that since the strap broke they could swap it, then told I couldn't exchange it because it had been washed. They also told me some garbage about the life of a bra was only 90 days. Seriously? Because I know exactly zero women that wear a bra for 3 months and replace it. Soma's bras may actually only be good for 90 days because about a month later an identical bra (bought on the same day as the first one) broke in the exact same way. I have always had good experiences with Soma in the past, but I'm still in disbelief that they wouldn't stand by their products. I guess I would be less surprised if their products weren't higher end.
