She was very patient and kind , spraying the different scents on cards for me to smell and offering wonderful advice about the different fragrances. I had a $15 off coupon which I used towards my purchase; however, I was already back home in Florida when I realized it had not been applied. I called the store and spoke with the manager. I no longer had the coupon as they had kept it when i check out... plus I was 650 miles away. I had no actual proof that I had a coupon, but the manager handled the situation superbly. She went into the system and applied the $15 credit back to my VS credit card. She was so pleasant to speak with and couldn't have handled the situation better. The employees are the reason this particular VS store gets 5 Yelpie stars from me. You just can't beat outstanding customer service and leaving a store smiling because of the employees. The lowest I have seen has been 40% off and the most I have seen has been 75% off.
