Pepper Palace sells hot sauces. The place is clean and decently laid out and there is plenty of parking. It is also just off of Interstate 20. I was here on a Wednesday afternoon about four thirty in the afternoon and it was not overly busy. Like most outlets, there are some decent bargains and some items that you might as well buy in any mall. Though there was a small crowd, everyone was kind, and I never felt rushed. Valerie checked in on me during my meal, ensuring everything was to my liking. I paired the sandwich with a beer, and the chicken was tender and juicy, making the sandwich quite filling. I finished my meal a bit after 3 p.m., and no one made me feel uncomfortable about the time. Why confirm an appointment with someone if they weren't apparently interested? My wife was home to receive the pickup men and was told it had too many stains on it for them to take it?
