Well, Ms. Tina and the staff and Monogram Express/Heart of The South Apparel exceeded my expectations--this is why: My lab coat embroidery is perfect, exquisite customer service was provided, they have the lowest embroidery prices with the highest quality, and the entire staff is friendly/professional. Ms. Tina went above and beyond and completed my item in TWO HOURS (bc I was in such a bad situation). I should also mention that the store is full of other awesome items (men, women, and children)! I'll be going back to shop now!! THANK YOU all for saving my day!

I must say, it's a big store; I mean really huge which means the options were endless, which is a plus! It's a vibe, as the young folks would say!

I am leaving this review to warn other buyers about my experience with this merchant (Libby Story)…read more Order #: 192583 USPS Tracking #: 420800209334610597204749075384 I placed my order on October 11. On October 12 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it showed no valid tracking information. On October 21, I contacted the merchant by email to report that the tracking was not working and that USPS showed no shipment received. I never received any reply. I want to clearly state: I never received the item. Because there was no response and no visible shipment activity, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did the merchant respond to the card issuer, claiming shipment and delivery based on tracking history. But the USPS public tracking page shows "Tracking Not Available," and the shipment record appears inconsistent -- showing pre-shipment in October but USPS movement only starting around December 19. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable: * Marked as shipped when USPS had not received the item * Tracking not working or unavailable to the customer * No response to my support email * Confusing and conflicting tracking history * No proactive communication * Item never delivered * I had to open a credit card dispute just to get attention Based on my experience, buyers should be extremely cautious. I did not receive my order, did not receive proper customer service, and did not receive transparent or accurate shipping information. I strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable merchant.

I can't forget to mention allllll the hats, belts and accessories. Whew this store had so much to offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful to my sister getting her first pair of boots. They helped her find her true size and educated us on the difference in square and pointy shaped toes, heel size and overall best comfort.

I sent an email to the listed people on the website (http://www.habanasmokes.com/) inquiring about information posted on the website. I did not get a reply so it made me wonder about the place. I was in Jackson MS about 3 days before I GPS'ed the place and drove over. The shop is located on I55 off the side of the freeway. You can see it from the freeway for sure. I stepped in and a gentlemen at the front cash register said hello. He was pretty engaged in a conversation with what was obviously one of the regulars. Now the good part -- the place is filled with great quality stogies at comparable prices. I would actually say that they are not overpriced from what I have shopped at previously. Brand names include Gurkha, Rocky Patel, CAO, Davidoff, Nubs, Oliva, Fuentes, Romeo and Julieta, Drew Estates -- too many to list but for sure something for everybody. There is a small seating area towards the back as well as 2 seats in front of the doors before you go in. In general a nice place to get your smokes. Check the website to see general information.
