Terrible customer service. They flat out lied saying my doctor never sent in my prescription…read moremultiple times. Then when my doctor has to call them directly to find out why they were saying they didn't get it they said they could fill it the next day. they didn't order my med then tried to pretend that it was my doctors error. Save yourself some time and do not go here. They do not care about their clients and have no morals about lying to them. When I calmly point out that they lied to me and to my doctor. They admitted they lied and said it doesn't matter. They lied saying they didn't get the prescription from the doctor because they didn't want to explain that my insurance wanted to wait until closer me running out of my med. They also lied 3 times saying they would order my med and didn't. Which I found out later is because they don't make a lot of money from my med and it's expensive so a lot of pharmacies don't like ordering it in case the person doesn't fill the order and they get stuck with the expensive med. So basically money is way more important then people to them.

I'm a very loyal customer. This one only gets 3 stars from me because of the customer service. Seeing as how Mississippi is known for its southern hospitality, I'm really surprised the employees here aren't more friendly. At home in Jacksonville, whenever I walk into a Bath & Body Works, I'm always greeted and asked if I need assistance by someone with a smile on their face. That doesn't happen here. The last time I was at this particular location, I had a question and had to go track someone down. She wasn't exactly rude; yet, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. There store wasn't busy either. Oh well, it's not like I need help all that often anyway, but it was off-putting enough that they got a star yanked away from then. If you're a Bath & Body Works addict like I am, you're sure to find what you need here.
