'Every step of the way' would best describe the manner in which this office helped to ease us into our new home as smoothly as possible. Liaising with head office, solicitors and vendors, they were extremely friendly, answering all our questions promptly, clearly and accurately. We had to travel a long way and they met us at the station on each occasion, driving us to the property, where they explained the set-up, how everything worked, even local buses and train services.
