We moved to the UK from Australia 18 months ago on a corporate relocation. We were deposited in a short term rental home that was managed by another agent. Every part of that process was a trial. They were unresponsive, deceitful, and very frustrating in every way to deal with. Our opinion of the United Kingdom Real estate industry was not high as we left that house, but we arrived in Valhalla when we started dealing with Chase Buchanan.
From the search process, all the way through to the check out, we were treated with respect, courtesy, and friendship. Your team member Sophi Thompson was a delight and deserves a pay rise . The instructions she gave us on the moving process, and the speed of her every response, made the process very, very easy. Sophi was always polite and kind. She gave us easy to follow instructions (and as an ex-pat new to the process, this was greatly appreciated) and has moved with haste to allow us the opportunity to get our security deposit returned in full.
Sophi is a credit to an already Stellar organisation. Thank you for a wonderful tenancy, and I look forward to having the opportunity to dealing with Chase Buchanan again in the future.
