We had a great expierence dealing with Chancellors ( lightwater ) We had spent 6 months looking in 6 or 7 different areas including Lightwater, and dealt with dozens of estate agents, I was at the point with most of the estate agents where I would prefer they just left me to look around the houses myself, as i couldn't take the recycled phrases and selling techniques anymore. And the insistance on showing round houses i wasnt interestd in. Holly at Lightwater Chancellors showed me around a house, gave me usefull info on the house and owners and the area, and we talked a couple of days later to arrange making an offer. From that point on it was all very easy and hassle free. I was able to do almost all the corrispondance via email and as I work nights and shifts this is VERY usefull, She was helpfull at every stage of the process, alot of useful advise and Info, was always availible and made the entire purchase very easy and smooth. Following months of house searching and inumerable estate agents I finally had the luck of coming across Chancellors in Lightwater.
