Annika was the epitome of professionalism, and very considerate to my demanding needs. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed or a nuisance and she spent tireless hours finding the right place for me. Even if a property was not listed with Anscombe & Ringland, Annika would call up the other agents and arrange viewings. She is the best letting agent I have ever worked with, and I highly recommend her for your letting needs.

They offer the following:- Residential Sales Residential Lettings Commercial International Properties Financial Services Surveying Conveyancing Land & New Homes House Doctor I didnt know what the House Dcotor thing was but they also have that advertised on their leaflets. When i asked i was told by the manager- you know that show with Anne Maurice on channel 5?- uts nothing like that!! Some agents are not frank but these guys are- if you have a mirror ball on your ceiling they'll tell you to get rid of it! Good advice! Also some agencies in London are a tad snoooty and these guys are very down to earth. Recommended!

Kevin's personal attention to the sale meant that communication was always excellent, and he never hesitated to work late/at weekends/over holidays advocating for us to ensure that our sale progressed. I live in the US and Kevin dealt with issues of communication and time difference without complaint. I would have no hesitation recommending him to others, and would certainly use him again in the future.

Estate Agents have never been my favourite people. However my experience with Mervyn Smith of North…read moreKingston has substantially improved my perception of them. When dealing with my purchase I felt they were honest and did not try and pull the wool over your eyes when a problem arose. After a survey was completed a fault was found that involve a significant sum of money to rectify. I ask for the asking price to be reduced to cover this repair. After a lot of negotiation we agreed a sum that was acceptable to both the vendor and myself. Not all I wanted but enough to cover a large part of the cost. I did feel they were being fair to both parties and without their intervention the sale would have broken down.
