I'm a student, so they may treat home buyers/renters substantially different, but if you are a student, expect to circle in the seventh ring of hell and reply with the same message at least 5 times and pay "admin fees" for absolutely no reason. Heed my warning, unless your paying for a palace for a few bob a month don't use these guys. Apart from that i hear their coffee is alright.
