There are so many agents in the area that most only had a single house for us to look at, but Winkworth had a number of properties of interest to us. I chose two of them for a viewing. As it took me a while to get a UK mobile, I ended up calling them on a Tuesday morning at 10.30am, and they were able to meet me to view both properties from 11.15 to 12pm. Very fast on such short notice, especially considering the fact that many of the agents we contacted never got back to us at all, even after multiple attempts, so Winkworth stood out as very responsive with excellent customer service. Both properties were excellent, and Sean did a great job answering my questions and explaining the neighborhood and the various features of the house. Although we ended up choosing a different property in the end, we viewed a total of 15 houses and Winkworth's two properties were -both- in our Top 3, so that speaks very well for the agency. We would certainly have been very happy living in any of these three! Great neighborhoods and beautiful, well maintained homes. In short, we recommend using Winkworth if you're looking for an agent to find you a property or manage a property you own. They've got various offices in the area, which makes it easier to find what you need! Thanks Sean!

The two men that work at Peach are so helpful and a complete breath of fresh air, after dealing with local agencies such as Foxtons up in Old Street. It is a small, local estate agent that knows the surrounding areas extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend using them, or at least speaking to them before renting a property in the area, as they gave us a fair bit of useful information.

It might sound anomalous given the straight-laced reputation of most estate agents, but Peach…read moreProperties is probably the quirkiest real estate agency in the neighbourhood, being housed in an ex-public toilet at the Shoreditch end of Bethnal Green Road. I rented my first Shoreditch flat through this relatively small but efficient and knowledgeable real estate agency and would definitely use Peach again. The staff have generally either lived in the area or do so at present and are particularly knowledgeable about Shoreditch's Victorian built Boundary Estate where many local residents rent one and two bed properties. All in all a charming little real estate agency that goes some way to dispelling the myth that all real estate agents are cowboys.

The selection of flats on Keatons Hackey's books is a little limited but then these are interesting times when it comes to property. Located just near Primark on Mare Street, Keatons almost resembles the famous Foxtons buildings but in a more autumnal palette. It's not hard to spot and definitely worth popping in for a chat with the agents if you're looking for a flat in the Victoria Park/London Fields area.

I can safely say that by a mile Keatons are the best Estate Agent I've ever engaged with. Professionalism, service, support, and just being really on their game through out the process of selling my flat / buying my new home. They do their industry a credit. Every one was brilliant and I'm hugely grateful for all the work that they have done. They genuinely go above and beyond in all aspects of your service. Due to a bad recommendation I originally tried to sell my property through Foxtons and they were a shambles. I don't mean to be rude about them as that's not my style but Keatons are in at totally different league. Over the last 11 months, since I got in touch with Keatons to sell my flat it's been a roller coaster of emotion, but I'm now delighted to have exchanged and looking forward to my move into a new home in a few weeks time. I've got to specifically mention Stuart Milburn who really was amazing. Through out the whole conveyancing process Stuart has been the one person who keep everything together. Dealing with my solicitors, the agents of the property I'm buying, and their seller, my buyer and her solicitors, the surveyors, in fact every one involved in the whole process, Stuart was the constant calm. Having fallen through once due to my original buyer pulling out, and then almost falling through again on the day before exchange it was Stuart's level headed totally professional mediating that convinced the seller of the house I'm buying to stick with me and keep the whole deal on track. Very impressive, thank you Stuart. To the bosses of Keatons, that guy is gold dust!

Amazing end-to-end relocation service…read more We began our relocation in November 2019 shortly after my wife and I decided to relocate from Seattle to London. London Relocation had very positive reviews all-around and we have a very good first impression. The team was there to help from the initial intake until well-after we moved into our home. The company has a defined process with in-depth housing requirements to ensure they find the right homes, neighborhood and school district that would suit us the best. They searched and brought back a large (25-35) list of properties meant to give them better insight on our preferences. With all of this being done virtually, they took great care in returning a final list of properties, each one they toured before presenting to us. We short-listed about 5-7 homes and Shanti conducted detailed video tours of each place. They weren't pushy and didn't rush us to decide. On a few occasions, they slowed-us down to ensure we chose the right place. They went back to specific properties to conduct follow-up virtual tours. They made it very easy and helped with handling all the negotiations. It seems they have relationships with, or know, a majority of the letting companies in London. After finding "the one" house in Richmond we truly couldn't pass-up, they helped put an offer together, gave guidance on how much to offer based on the market and made it happen. We ended up choosing the house in Southwest London with all criteria being met, totally exceeding our expectations. They handled the check-in process and while we had to address a few unforeseeable maintenance issues with the property, they made it very easy, working on our behalf with the letting agent, to ensure all post move-in items were addressed to our satisfaction. I'd recommend London Relocation, especially those relocating with family and/or kids. They worked diligently on our behalf to ensure all our needs were met and that we were 100% satisfied. -The Rankin Family

He could have just cleaned the small amount of debris and left it misaligned, but he was very professional and kind and repaired the slope for the same price quoted which for over 2 hours work, was admirable and kind. In a city of soaring rent, dodgy landlords and occasionally unscrupulous estate agents, Allan…read moreFuller are one of the good guys. I rented a flat in Putney through them and overall, received professional, courteous and prompt service throughout. Everything went pretty smoothly from the beginning. I strolled into their offices, set out my requirements and budget. Shortly afterwards I had an appointment a few days later to view a couple of flats. Two weeks later with plenty of support from them I had moved in. They were highly professional throughout, giving me plenty of notice of impending quarterly inspections and agreeing to move the date when I was working at home one day. They supplied me with all the information I needed to connect my utilities, stressed their compliance with the Govt's tenant deposit protection scheme and even - a really nice touch which I appreciated - sent me a card signed from everyone I'd met welcoming me into my new flat. Wow! Just one issue prevents them from getting 5 stars, namely a slight hitch over my securing of the flat. I had been due to view the flat on a Wednesday but couldn't due to Allan Fuller's inability to get the keys. I then had to ring them for a new appointment and by the time I got one, on Saturday, I was told the flat was under offer. To their credit they allowed me to view the flat anyway, but all of a sudden I found myself in a bidding war. Maybe that's all part of the territory in the highly-competitive world of London property but the fact is that I wouldn't have been in that situation if I had been able to see and bid for the flat on Wednesday. Anyway, it's a relatively small blemish, and one which wasn't repeated for the rest of my stay. When I gave my notice to move out, they recommended cleaners that met their requirements in the contract and showed plenty of flexibility when I had some last-minute hitches. Best of all, they acted professionally and fairly in the return of my deposit, docking only the cost of a small light bulb that I had forgotten to replace. In short: I highly recommend Allan Fuller as a professional, fair and flexible estate agent.
