The flats are little gems located on Collingham Road, just a few minutes' walk from either the Gloucester Road or Earl's Court tube stations. I hate to give this little place away, in case we ever do move back to London and want to rent here again, I don't want us to not be able to move back in due to lack of space ;-) This is by far the most affordable rent in the area!! The flats are studios - two bedrooms, for what I've seen. Both of those we rented were studios. Do note that some of them are 'shared bathrooms', meaning, as it sounds - you share a bathroom with others in the building. We really wanted to live in this area, as it's super safe and just lovely, so we didn't mind. Our first flat was a typical studio flat - shared bathroom, which was right outside our door, on the top floor of one of the buildings. Quiet building, great neighbours, no problems! Our second flat was a lofted studio with a balcony facing Collingham Road. This was a great little place in that it felt like we had two rooms - due to the lofted area. Had some noisy neighbours for a while, unfortunately, but that didn't hinder our experience. Having the balcony was a dream in the summertime for putting little grills and such out there. Management was located in the building right next door in case anything were to happen (or if you're like me - to lock yourself out!). Received full return of our deposits both times and I would HIGHLY recommend living here. Adored it!!

The admin fees were the cheapest I had seen at £95 +VAT and they drive these nice cars which I believe are green friendly. The only down fall I would say is the window display in the office. Suffice to say that I was on the phone to my solicitor on the point of pulling out, when I was talked off the ledge (on separate occasions) by the lovely Elaine, Emma and Stacy. From the beginning there was a high level of professionalism. All maintained a sense of humour and, as individuals made my house sale seem like it mattered to each and every one of them. The valuation was realistic and fair as was the advice I received before as well as during the sale process. When I found the house I wanted, I went for 4 separate viewings to inspect the garden, the attic and twice taking my family and wife's family to get their opinions. The agency didn't bat an eyelid, even when we tramped mud from the garden up the stairs. Oops! They were quick with negociating the price with the vendor and we got a good price in the end. I went for a mortgage review with Flower independent financial adviser which seem to have an office within a lot of Parkers agencies. They offered some products but in the end I went directly to a bank as I was a bit wary of the relationship and involvement between Parkers and Flower.
