There was a time in this country when the saying "the customer is always right" applied to most…read morebusinesses. It is really quite shameful that ALL of the RoNetco Shoprite stores have forgotten customer service and instead choose to cruelly and viciously discriminate against a disabled customer. ShopRite banned a disabled customer from using delivery services at a time when delivery services were most needed. They went so far as to send a condescending certified letter to that disabled customer, and they blocked their phone number. That customer has several disabilities and is in a very difficult situation, as they cannot drive right now. Delivery services were their lifeline. ShopRite has a long history of messing up this customer's orders. But if you call because you need to add something to your order, they get angry and rude. If you ask if they can get a product, they get angry and rude. Basically, RoNetco ShopRites are angry, rude stores with angry, rude people running them. If you want "excellent customer service", you won't find it at the RoNetco ShopRites. Be aware that when you shop at any of the Ronetco ShopRites, you are supporting a store that discriminates against the disabled. ShopRite refuses to help a disabled customer, but they are more than happy to take their money. They should change their name to ShopWrong.

Service was great. The place is old-school convenience-style, clearly serving the marina. It's located perfectly. It was clean-ish/maybe...but what I was after was the food. I got a really good, and BIG Taylor ham, egg, and cheese with S/P/K. I figured it would be my appetizer (as they're typically a polite 3-bite size). This was delicious and substantial. The only thing keeping it from perfect was the ketchup was oddly tasteless. Typically the sweetness of the Heinz balances the salty of the cheese and Taylor ham. This may have been less than Heinz brand and was tasteless. For the main event, I got their Italian Sub. Add hot peppers. Holy cow! GIGANTIC AND REALLY FRESH AND TASTY!!! All of this was way more than I imagined and made me so happy to be back in the 973. Really great find by me (lucky). If this is lesser-known, go and tell everyone you know. If I'm the last to know, then you are all one step ahead! Taylor Ham was $8. Fantastic deal. Italian sub was $15. Could easily feed 2. I'll be back.

This one ended up being 2.55 lbs or something like that once it was weighed...insanity. Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Capricola, and Proscuitto for the meats and then provolone, LTO, oil+vin, and banana peppers all on a freshly baked roll that's delivered daily. This thing was huge and tasty. Somewhere in the ballpark of $12-$13 too...whatttt? Also had to grab another "Jersey Meat" egg and cheese for my buddy Eric from Cultinary Road Trip who was making his first visit here. I like him so much I even told Bob (the owner of E&T) to toss a hash brown on that bad boy. Great spot, reasonable prices, nice view of the lake across the street. E&T ... once again ... The Ledgewood Walmart has become completely unreliable…read more I recently ordered a piece of furniture that never arrived. The delivery date passed, the status changed to "delayed," and then there were no updates at all. Customer service couldn't even tell me where the order was, and I ultimately had to cancel it. I figured it was just a one-off issue. Then I placed a grocery delivery order and it was just as bad. Nine items were unavailable, including basic essentials needed to make dinner, and there were almost no usable substitutions. The entire point of ordering was defeated and we still had to make a separate trip to Acme just to finish shopping. To make matters worse, the eggs arrived broken. When I reported it, I was told I would need to return them in person, which is completely unreasonable for a perishable item that was already damaged and had to be thrown away. At this point, it feels like every order comes with a problem, and the service is more frustrating than convenient. They gave me a $10 credit but it really doesn't make up for the aggravation. Very disappointing experience. I've been a Walmart shopper for a decade and really haven't had this many problems before but it keeps happening lately.

There was 2 lady work there the one at the cash register was very rude and the one who made sandwiches couldn't communicate at all we had a hard time ordering food. So we decided to get something easy like burgers. They start making my food and then the lady from the cash register comes and helps with cooking. And this is where the terrible thing started. The register lady was coughing very badly like something gonna come out from her throat and she has no MASK!!! Did she know about the pandemics? My husband was very pissed he left the deli right away. No more next time. This place used to be good.
