Telling them you are too busy to help them because 3 people are standing in line, when you offer to wait until they are done--are on the other side of the store offering to wait, and they are so rude that you just leave because they can't be bothered even though 2 other employees are standing there--who also don't know the products--means you're basically either completely stupid, or pretending your a grocery store instead of some kind of weird head shop. There is a much better store up the street in Landing and several up rt 10 and 46, don't waste your time with people who don't care about you enough that they are willing to lose a 30+ sale because they don't care about their customers. Now, it's all standard fare, nothing special. I bought lemons the other day. Very small and pretty sad looking at a cost of 6/$3. The next day I went to ShopRite and found, for the same price, larger and better looking citrus. At this point, Ledgewood Farm Store has seen me for the last time. The delivery date passed, the status changed to "delayed," and then there were no updates at all. Customer service couldn't even tell me where the order was, and I ultimately had to cancel it. I figured it was just a one-off issue. Then I placed a grocery delivery order and it was just as bad. Nine items were unavailable, including basic essentials needed to make dinner, and there were almost no usable substitutions. The entire point of ordering was defeated and we still had to make a separate trip to Acme just to finish shopping. To make matters worse, the eggs arrived broken. When I reported it, I was told I would need to return them in person, which is completely unreasonable for a perishable item that was already damaged and had to be thrown away. At this point, it feels like every order comes with a problem, and the service is more frustrating than convenient. They gave me a $10 credit but it really doesn't make up for the aggravation. Very disappointing experience. I've been a Walmart shopper for a decade and really haven't had this many problems before but it keeps happening lately.
