After your employee continued to lie so I could not return it, said another LIE. When I informed her that "ALL SALES FINAL" was not on my receipt she said yes it is on the bottom. My husband already left a review so I'm not trying to duplicate his, but I wanted to leave some details for future shoppers. First of all, this is something I've never done before (shop at an actual store for sexy lingerie). The sexiest I've gotten was a simple garter belt I ordered years ago and that's long gone now. My husband came with me on this shopping trip and I was VERY nervous. I am not normally shy but I felt a bit embarrassed to be telling a stranger what I wanted, my sizing and so on. We were helped by Nancy and girls...if you're nervous or embarrassed like I was, this woman WILL put you at ease. I felt like I was talking to my girlfriend and she was giving me all her best tips. There was upselling to a point but more as suggestions, nothing pushy at all and her recommendations were spot-on. And when it was "no thanks" that was it, like I said, zero pushing. We bought an amazing dress/nightie in black (very very sexy) that had garter attachments already, stockings, undies, a waist cincher/train and some oils 'n potions. ;) Nancy was VERY explanatory of all the items and put things right out there without hesitation but also in a very professional sort of way...if that makes sense. In other words, stuff you wouldn't normally talk about with a stranger was way more comfortable to talk about and we got all the information we needed. The boutique looks very very small. However, there are quite a few offerings and if your size isn't on the rack they can order for you. For certain items (very expensive or exclusive ones) that may mean a small downpayment to hold the item but the item we wanted in my size, Nancy will be ordering and holding without one, which frankly I think is pretty cool. The boutique has both sweet/soft/sexy items (like little babydoll nighties) and sexier items (like crotchless undies) and right down to the more hard-core, including vinyl items and toys which are in their own special room for privacy and so that minors won't see them if they happen into the store. Prices were mid-range, very doable, not ridiculously pricey whatsoever, especially when comparing to some internet searches my husband and I did before going shopping as we had no clue what to expect in that arena. If you don't see what you want, ASK! Five stars, really nice experience. read more
